I have been going to University Chiropractic for approximately 9 years. Sitting at a computer most of the day is my biggest issue when it comes to neck and upper back pain. By having chiropractic adjustments, along with occasional massage therapy and acupuncture, my neck and upper back have improved dramatically. I love the fact that I can get all three therapies at one location! Dr. Danielle also gave me some great stretching exercises to use while I'm sitting at my computer, to help keep my shoulders back and my spine aligned. My daily headaches are now a thing of the past! Dr. Danielle recently took over this practice. I have been a client for more than 2 years with the previous owners and loved loved them. They moved out of state and I was crushed. I was skeptical of using chiropractic care, but after six months of physical therapy with very little improvement (and an added injury from moving something I shouldn't) I took the plunge with Dr. Danielle. I wish I would have gone sooner. For over two years, I have had a sesamoid injury in both feet that have prevented me from doing any type of exercise or be able to run with no pain. Within a month of seeing Dr. Danielle, I've been able to run multiple times a week with no pain. After moving something heavy incorrectly, I had terrible lower back pain that I could not get rid of and that also went away after a month. Finally, tension headaches are an ailment of the past. When I first came to Dr. Childers I was experiencing horrible pain in my neck. he took x-rays and identified the problem immediately.
