    They helped get my mom a brand new new power wheelchair. Insurance covered it and the technician was so nice explaining everything slowly.

    It's taken me two weeks and one day to finally be seen to get fitted for a brace. I had my…read morepodiatrist office fax over the order form on a Monday and I called afterwards to verify if they received it and one source respond with a yes and that they would try to expedite my service so that I may be seen for a fitting and was told it'll take a few days for that to happen. So I decided to wait a day and call back in a Wednesday and see where things were at with my order. When I did call they didn't have my prescription form nor any of my information. They lost it with no explanation as to how it was lost. So I had the podiatrist office fax over the order again. I called back to make sure they received it and was told yes but that they would have to call the office to ask for more information. Anyways, I had to call One Source and my podiatrist office and my PCP's office several times throughout those two weeks to make sure everyone was on the same page and that One Source received what they needed. It's been a pain and a very unpleasant experience and frustrating. They rarely call you back. Unless they remember you by chance. So that's how I felt. Anyways, today is the day I'm to be fitted, finally. So I thought the headaches would be over with and that things will take a better turn with this company. Boy was I wrong. I made an appointment early this morning to be seen so I can be fitted for a brace for a 3:30 Pm appointment time. I arrived at 3:28 pm and was told to wait in some room. 10 minutes later I am being told that the person who would being doing the fitting was called away to some emergency meeting and that if I could wait or I could reschedule the appointment. I decided to wait because I figured "hell I've been through a lot trying to even get seen for this fitting." Well it's been an hour now and I'm still waiting. Not sure who the manager is as I know nothing will change if I spoke to a manager. Nothing will get done and nothing will get changed. I'm stuck with them because of the hospital that I work with offers such pleasant and fabulous insurance.
