Just had a phone interview with Patrick about a driving position with Universal and was met with irritation when I tried to get the details on possible parking fees that may arise in the course of delivering to clients. It seems Universal requires the drivers to pay for parking fees up front and get reimbursed later, but Patrick, for whatever reason, refused to acknowledge this and accused me of making a "big thing" out of it. Is this really the best person Universal can find to interview perspective employees? read more

Our condo building needed a new "no parking" but the only ones I could find online didn't allow for personalization, and we wanted to specify "on Thursdays." I emailed them and Jose Duarte got back to me immediately and had the sign ready to go by 4 p.m. the same day. We were very impressed with not only the quality, but the price. We will definitely be keeping them in mind for any future jobs! read more

We were contacted by Rikki, the CEO on Tuesday. I am thankful that she made things right and reprinted our stickers and even changed the size. I love that they can print things out the same day. Honestly, I would love to do more business with them. But, I felt a certain way towards the way she spoke to me, and my husband agreed. I think this is a great business, but for us I think the business relationship has been strained. Thank you for making things right! read more

One wouldn't think that much of an opportunity for great customer service could be found in a photocopy order as small and mundane as seven pages, legal size, double sided. Literally, a five minute transaction, but one about which I have been feeling good all day. The place is a model for how to treat a customer. Kindness and professionalism make a tremendous difference in all circumstances. Suffice it to say Universal Reprographics is now my go to photocopy house. read more

Called in the morning & Patrick answered the phone. Asked him "Hi, How are you?" met with silence. Then asked about their online posting to which he responded "HA! I don't think so". Then hung up! Really?? Rude & unfriendly. read more

Universal is a class act organization. Our HOA has used them for several years for our newsletters printing, as well as printing flyers, postcards, tickets, and banners for community events. Their cost were competitive, if not better then other previous business partners. What separated them from others was the service. They were very accommodating with 'last minute' change orders, and one of their sales rep. made a late night delivery to my home for a crucial deadline. Recently, they have been printing program books and posters for our local American Cancer Society community event. Also, I believe Universal Repro. is currently handling the printing needs of our neighboring HOA. read more

I couldn't be happier with my Universal Reprographics experience! For the first time this year, I was given the duty of creating the school directory for my son and daughter's elementary school. It's about 65 (double sided) pages and a bit tedious to construct. The accommodating staff allowed me several proofs and numerous revisions. After the book was finalized, Universal Reprographics printed 430 books in lightening speed! Not only are they fast and easy to work with - their prices are amazingly reasonable! I truly am thankful to Universal Reprographics for making this directory-making process incredibly easy. read more

Amazing printing place! Kathy was so nice to let us have a free print for one document instead of charging us $9 for an account fee, since we didn't have an account with them. Highly recommend! read more

I have been using Universal for over 10 years. They have an outstanding team, always go the extra mile to please, and are well located.

Universal Reprographics are miracle workers! We first went there to get our wedding thank you notes made, and then we had such an incredible experience that we used them for everything day-of for the wedding, from the program to the escort cards to the signage. The team, especially Mashica and Chris, were incredibly responsive and creative. They went above and beyond to create beautiful works of art - and everything was done in 24 hours! They helped me with selecting the perfect color to designing custom pieces that fit perfectly with our decor. All for less than it would be to go to a traditional wedding vendor. We couldn't be happier with the results for this very special day and look forward to working with them again in the future! read more
