The deck needed to be taken apart, it was a nightmare. Luckily for me I called Bella Pools. These guys were absolute professionals. Paul helped me pick out which liner to get, was able to make it a salt water pool and was very knowledgeable. The workers (Craig and Kenny) were very polite and worked hard all day even though it was incredibly hot. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a new pool or needs it fixed or maintained.

initially Paul came out to do sizable project and to redo our pool. they did a fairly good job…read more once done he was no where to be found. follow up punch items or additional punch items or even a company that you could rely on for service work ,forget it. we would usually respond back in text messages and say I'll take care of that next week but would never show up or text back. he doesn't care about the customer. he is chasing the next big job/ money. it's sad to me as i was looking for a true customer care company that would take Care of our needs with our pool. you won't get that with Paul Only promises that don't happen. I know he is really busy with customers that are giving him big jobs. if your looking for services work forget him. Then suddenly with no reason or warning they no longer came to our area. Now the pool built by Them has developed a leak. I called them for a repair estimate since they built the pool. Their answer was the same they no longer come to this area. Every pool repair company I have called will only service and inground pool if they built it. Now i have a whole in the ground that leaks and cannot be used because the manufacturer will not stand behind their product. Don't due business with Anchor you may never know when they will abandon you as well.

We just paid for our pool to be opened by Anchor and the situation with the wrinkles in our liner have gotten worse. We have not heard anything since last year of which they dug a hole in our yard to "see" if they could find the issue and have not found anything. It is a continual process of us following up with them to get a status. We have never once gotten a response from them without us first reaching out to see where things stand. Their billing department is the only form of communication which seems timely and informative. If anyone is looking to use their company and wants a full account of our experience than please feel free to reach out me personally. *** Update in long going saga with our pool. Let me first say Larry (the owner) is a nice guy with I believe good intentions. The staff do what looks like a good job maintaining water clarity and chemical balancing. My 1 star review has everything to do with the actual construction and installation of our pool itself. We had our pool installed in 2017. By 2018 we had a liner issue where wrinkles started to show along the side and bottom. When we brought this up we were told the issue was our fault and caused by ph balance related issues. We did not believe this to be the case and after research online it sounded more like water related issues getting behind the liner itself. We did not know better and said ok. They replaced the liner which we incurred an expense to do. After the new liner was installed we paid for the highest level weekly/monthly service to maintain all of the equipment and chemical balancing. This was solely maintained by Anchor and their staff. They open the pool, maintain the water the entire season, maintain all of the equipment and then close the pool. The following year we noticed wrinkles again. After investigation they now claim the water table in the ground is the issue. Amazing the tune changed after we paid for a full year of full service from the? They ended up ripping up our back yard to install additional drainage and smoothed out the wrinkles the best they could. We had to repair the yard when they were done at our own expense. The wrinkles came back yet again and are now present all over the side of the liner. After nearly one full year of back and forth we still do not have a solution. We still have a liner with wrinkles. We are still paying for all of their services. (pictures attached of what wrinkles look like) I have no doubt something was not constructed properly during the install of the pool and as such we have taken the burden of dealing with it. This has been a problem for almost 3 years. Although we do like Larry and the staff we cannot recommend their service to anyone. Although we have no experience with other pool companies we would recommend to look elsewhere for a better solution.

During that time, about six weeks, our pool went from green to greener. Each time we discussed our concerns he apologized and made promises...including cleaning our filters. We finally let him go. When we had another company clean our filters, the filters were disgusting and had never been cleaned by George. When we contacted him, he claimed we let him go too soon and he wanted to add algaecide to the pool before cleaning the filters. When confronted with text messages that said, "I will do it today," he claimed it was a miscommunication. He gets one star for being polite, but none for taking good care of our pool.

Follow-up wasn't great. Pool went in at the end of fall. Workers through a tarp on a left dirt and rocks for the spring. I had to call several times for them to come open it, then they workers complained about how the pool was left. Eventually it got done but a sticky residue was left at the water line. They sent someone out to clean it but he gave up and said it would wear off. They are also some minor scratches I asked about but the office manager ignored my email. Also when using a chalk line to mark out the cover mounting holes in the concrete they used red chalk which is permanent. Blue chalk washes off. Now I have a faint red line around my pool. No one ever explained how to run or operate the system. I had to figure it out myself. Basically, good initial work but no follow-up. Once they get your money they are done.
