This used to be my go-to salon, but I've recently experienced several concerning issues. First, my sister and I came in for pedicures, and she ended up with an infection that lasted two months and required antibiotics after her cuticles were cut too aggressively. More recently, I came in for a manicure and received nail designs I did not request. The designs were uneven and inconsistent, so I politely asked if they could be made uniform. Because I didn't have time to stay, I called afterward to request a polish change. The manager responded dismissively, insisting the color was correct, even though my concern was not the color but the unwanted and poorly executed designs. When I came back in, I was ignored and treated rudely, which was honestly more upsetting than the initial mistake. If I'm paying over $50 for a service, I expect to receive what I asked for and to be treated respectfully. Will not be going back. New owners. Last pedi was terrible. Tried again with someone else. The paint job (reg polish) was so bad and so THICK they re did it 3 times. I sat and let them dry for 20 minutes and because the polish was so thick it was all jacked from a tiny bump. I tried. Do not recommend. Last time they didn't use any soap/cuticle cream.. this time they did but my NON SHELLAC pedi was $55. Pass. read more

It's really sad that I have to make this review. I've been going to this place for YEARS..even before this new owner. I recently got my nails done and I couldn't believe how rude they were. The lady that sits in the second seat called me weird because I didn't want polish on my nails. She didn't even know if I was going somewhere else for that or not. And I let it go when she said it because again, I've been coming here. THEN, she started speaking in another language to the one that sits in the first seat and I knew she was talking about me because she used the word "weird" in English but everything was words I couldn't understand. She started showing my hand to the lady and they were just going back and forth about it. It made me feel soooo uncomfortable. I was so upset that I was shaking. I felt embarrassed and I don't ever plan on going back. I should be able to get my nails done in peace without all the chatting about what I shouldn't do and especially when I can't understand it and theyre laughing right in my face. This place is HORRIBLE!! New people I had a fill by Tammy after Teresa left and within 2 days almost all of them cracked in the middle. Thinking maybe it was just a bad day figured I would give it another shot. I didn't want her again but that's who i got. Full set, upped prices, was the worst set I've ever had. It's been a few days and 2 snapped off already. I bumped a nail by accident and asked her to fix it. She literally put more polish over it. Still all dented! The nails had ZERO shape. People actually asked what the heck happened to my nails. Its too bad because Ive been going there for 20 years!!!. read more

Will not ever return! Had gel mani and regular pedi done on March 14, left on vacation the 16th. By the time I arrived at my destination the gel was lifting off of my nails. Never has this happened to me before. They must have used old or low quality gel. I should have asked for my money back! $60 + 15 tip. So angry. Came for shellac, the ladies seemed nice enough. She filed my knuckles a few times, ouch. I had never seen shellac be applied so thickly before, but I have never had OPI shellac before either and thought maybe it was formulated differently? The cure light kept flickering on and off so I don't think they cured properly. She kept missing large sections of the side of my nail with the primer and polish. 2 days later 3 nails were peeling off near the cuticle. It was catching on my hair when washing. One nail peeled halfway off. Clearly they did not cure correctly or it was applied too thickly. All nails were lifting and looked dull and scuffed. Called the salon after a few more days of frustration and asked if this is typical of their shellac? Never had that happen before. They said not really and to come back in. Came back that day and the same lady fixed them. She was nice enough, however she filed one of my nails that did not need to be and it was super crooked after. Not sure if that was intentional or not. Again, she caught my knuckles with the file. Ouch. Nails came out very lumpy, and again they are rubbery and peeling after 2 days. Very dull and scuffed again also. I am not hard on my hands, no reason for this. Will not be returning. I flew to Michigan to visit my boyfriend's family and he took me here to get my nails done. I fell in love with this place! They really know how to pay attention to detail and pamper you like no other. They offer a sea salt scrub that really leaves your skin silky smooth. I've been coming here for years, but the quality of their manicures and pedicures are so inconsistent. You never know what you're going to get. Last time I got a shellac manicure that chipped within 7 days, which is not normal. The color i chose wasn't the same as what i got. And when I got home, I had smudged toenail. I made it back today and explained all of this, they still charged me $29 to fix it. Never again. read more

Without question this was the absolute worst mani/pedi that I have ever received! I would not recommend this salon to my worst enemy! The customer service / friendliness was poor...I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment and received a brief hello and then directed where to sit to wait. I waited approx. 20 minutes and no one even bothered to say another thing to me during that time or even ask me select polish colors. However, the lack of skill of the tech was what was really awful! She cut two toes while clipping the cuticles and didn't even bother to apologize. She tried to hide the fact that they were bleeding by repeatedly swishing water over them and looked as though she'd hope I wouldn't notice. She was so rough that I winced from the discomfort several times. The entire pedicure was not at all relaxing as a result. The one toe was still quite sore & tender a week afterwards. The manicure wasn't much better. Once again, she was rough and not at all proficient. The shellac on the fingernails bubbled. I could not wait to be done with the appointment and get out of there! On top of everything else the decor was outdated and shabby. STAY CLEAR of this business!!!! read more

I was seated shortly after arrival, I will be honest and say I don't like their nail polish deflections, next time I want polish I will bring my own. I chose Shellac. My tech was Teresa. She was very detailed and did not rush. Her work is quality. Finally someone who knows their nail shapes!! I asked for ALMOND and got almond, not round like every other shop does! I guess I had higher expectations then other clients. I went in for a mani/pedi and was immediately put in the chair for the pedi. It was way before they were ready for me and by the time they got to me the water was starting to turn cold ( I watched this then happen to 2 other women). The chair itself was in desperate need for a cleaning, especially the side trays attached to them. The woman doing my pedi dug into my big toe with clippers and made me bleed. It did not appear that the tools came out of packaging that was sterilized so I go a little nervous. Also, the woman who made me bleed did not acknowledge it until I kept checking to see if the bleeding stop. When it came to manicure I requested shellac, I have never seen it applied in the manner that see did. Once again she made me bleed. Once I left and had time to really look at my nails, I realized how poorly they were done. What a waste of time and money. I will never return. read more

I used to be a reoccurring customer here for about 2 years and now come every few months when I'm closer to this location for a shellac mani/pedi. Each time I stop in here there is no greeting or even notice that someone walks in the door. Yesterday I came in around 4pm and there were about 5-7 women getting their nails done with one waiting. I said I needed a full shellac mani and currently had shellac on so I need to get it soaked off first. I waited for about 15 minutes without any acknowledgement or expected wait time. Another woman walked through the door and had the same request that I did-shellac mani with shellac on and needed it soaked with no appointment and they sat her immediately. I walked out and I will not be returning to this nail salon. It also seems the salon has renovated their entire building, maybe they should think about quality customer service first. read more

I didn't think spending hours in a nail salon was an idea of a good time . When my auntie and I first got there we waited about 10 to 15 minutes before being seated at the pedicure station everything was going good we were getting extra pampered not like you do at a normal nail salon which was amazing then once we got out of those chairs and into the nail chairs was when everything got bad . There were four different customers that walked in all saying they had appointments at the same time there were only three nail techs two of which who were bouncing between all of the customers without getting anyone's nails or toes done before bouncing to the next, when anyone would walk in they would let them sign in and sit down knowing they were already overbooked . They were not matching nor trying to help find any of the colors that my auntie and I had for our nail design and once we told them that we wanted the nail design over three times with the same colors they started getting attitudes. One lady came to bounce to me and when I told her I wanted a specific nail color she gave me a bunch of samples I already went through so I told her none of them were it and she just walked away from me and went to another customer. Another one just waved me away as I was talking answering her question the other who was working on my auntie was trying to use different nail colors even though we were getting the same design and when we told her we didn't want her using different colors she got mad and snatched my nail colors from off the table before my nail tech was done doing my nails. Now I understand these women are stressed out but they did the shit to themselves . Overbooking, they are bouncing back-and-forth between clients, I had MY REAL NAILS with no acrylic no fake nail or anything just a shellac paint over and I still ended up getting a soak off which I did not ask for the lady gave me a soak off just so that way while my paint was soaking off she could run to the next customer just to file their nails, add fake nails and then run to the other customer to go and touch her feet then just to run back to my hands and not even washing theirs . By the end of this experience my auntie and I were upset with how we were talked to and treated but we still paid the prices they had on the board and my auntie left a tip for her nail tech I didn't leave a tip for mine because what? no . now fast forward a week later one of my aunties nails just popped off today when her nails never come off & she normally leaves her nails on for 4+ weeks with NO lifting so how her nail POPPED OFF please tell me . My nails are my natural nails and they are very strong but for some reason after visiting this salon my thumbnail broke which has never happened to me and like I said I don't get acrylic nails so there's nothing that is making my nails thin out or weak I don't know what that salons deal is but they need to fix their products and they attitudes . read more

I love this place! Where do I start?! I was 9 months pregnant and went with my 6 year old to get pedicures... they were so good with her and gave me the best foot massage ever :) It is so hard to find a place that your nails do not lift, I have only been there a handful of times but so far so good. They actually take their time and make them look good and they do great designs. Very clean and friendly.. I am glad I have finally found a place that I like all around :) read more

Got my eyebrows done yesterday and the girl that did them ripped some skin right off above both eyes. Had to go to my wedding shower with scar like gashes above my eyes. It's a minimum of $10 to use your card and eyebrows is $8. So I paid $2 extra for my scars. Definitely won't be returning. read more

I love this nail salon! I go here every two weeks to get a fill-in and I never have any complaints about my nails. The workers here are so generous and kind and I enjoy it very much. I never have a long wait time because they seem to get customers in and out very well. Totally recommend this nail salon as you can get whatever you want for a reasonable price ! There's no crazy expenses (: Instead of getting a full set for 35 dollars at my old nail salon, I went here and got it for only $25! Most definitely recommend this place. read more
