They were both so professional and took over the printing and cutting. They had the job done in less than an hour. Although busy with many other customers on a busy Saturday, I felt valued. Amy Scoville, their Director of Business Development (their person in charge of attracting new clients), called me back and we had a normal phone call discussing what I needed. Nothing unusual. Shortly afterwards, she sent this disparaging email about me to her entire team that I received by mistake: Hi Everyone, I spoke to this guy. Let's discuss Monday. Do not call him. You will NOT get off the phone easily. LOL Amy Well, her comments hurt the feelings of "this guy"--this guy who is animated and passionate and who Amy doesn't know from Adam. It makes me very sad. Would you ever do business with people like this who insult you behind your back?
