I wasn't upset that he was helping someone else but that he could have at least greeted me and acknowledged that I was waiting patiently. Honestly, I would give zero stars if that were an option. When I was getting ready to buy something else, I noticed an unexpected $46.00 charge from Geek Squad. I never requested their services, yet the charge was added to my credit card. Frustrated, I closed the account. Because of the unauthorized charge and the late fees that followed, the balance kept increasing. I contacted Geek Squad, and they removed their charges, but the late fees remained. As a result, the account was reported, and my credit score dropped. All I wanted was to do business with reputable companies, and instead I ended up being penalized for a situation caused by their mistake, or their scam.
