This should have been my first clue, that something fishy was going on. Long story short they charged me and arm and a leg for something they DID NOT DO and something they knew my insurance won't cover. Please avoid this place unless you don't mind paying hundreds of dollars for routine cleanings.

He is kind and gentle and I HATE PAIN. I have referred my family and they were equally impressed. Dr. Wang and his staff are like family. His staff is courteous and professional. The office is modern, clean and you can even watch television while getting your teeth cleaned or fixed. So I can say the care, quality and integrity is on point. He will even call you himself to check up on you after a procedure. This makes him so personable. He is fast, but precise and I love Daisy the hygienist. She cleans my teeth perfectly. My first service was a screening and to go over a treatment plan. Believe it or not, I only had 1 tooth hurting me even though after X-rays I was told I need 3 fillings, 2 root canals, 3 crowns and a deep cleaning. I scheduled my deep cleaning and 3 fillings for the following week. While the work looks cosmetically great and I feel more confident about my smile, my mouth has been in constant pain since my procedure which was on 03/31/26. I did go back about 1 week later to have one filling readjusted. While the tooth that needed to be readjusted still hurts when eating, it's the constant throbbing pain I have all over my mouth that's taking me out. As I mentioned above, only 1 tooth hurt me prior to coming in and this is a tooth that needs a root canal and crown so it did not have work on it as I respectfully could not afford to do everything at once. The staff was so friendly and welcoming but I feel uncomfortable going back again.

When I asked about secondary insurance coverage, I was told they did not accept it and that there was no time to check any of the 3 insurance companies I mentioned because they were "too busy." I later learned that they DO assist with secondary insurance and help with the claim. During my 2nd visit for an orthodontic consultation, I arrived five minutes before opening and waited until exactly 12:58. I was then asked to wait further because of a staff meeting, which was fine. The doors opened around 1:05, but my appointment did not begin until 1:20, and I waited another 10 minutes in the dental chair before someone seeing me. The orthodontist provided helpful information but had to leave unexpectedly to handle another " time, sensitive issue" she told me and never returned to finish our discussion. As a result, I left with unanswered questions and am still waiting for someone to for the follow up on my questions and concerns. Additionally, the communication regarding billing has been inconsistent. I was quoted several different amounts for the initial consultation: $26 at first, then $44 at the end of the visit, $34 when I called to schedule the second consultation, and now $92 for what was only a consultation and X-rays. These inconsistencies, along with the lack of responsiveness and professionalism from the front desk, have made me hesitant to continue care with this office.
