So I called Kessler Park Dental and they told me there that this was something they could do if i so desired ? So I thought, well they performed a write up on cost on paper with a 500 dollar charge for there so called preferred pricing and another 35,000 for the saving of these teeth that's if there were no other issues (yea right). I made it clear I wanted dentures and asked the dentist he tells me that he felt uncomfortable pulling in his words "teeth that can be saved "? Its very plain to me that this set up is very capitalized in a money making machine. Never mind what the patient wants. A few weeks later I had a crown come off and called them to put it back on. Went in, they said the tooth needed to be removed. And guess what, I asked to remove the tooth I was told they did not do extractions there, WAIT A MINUTE. They lied to me, denture service includes extractions, he decided to do nothing at all sends me up front for a referral for an oral surgeon. Clear across the other side of Dallas. And charges me 147 dollars for doing nothing. And to top it off I had to find my crown on a table I guess they thought they were going to keep it. Shameful just plain terrible, I wanted to warn anyone who may assume that they have a say in what happens to there teeth its plain to see that this dentist is only after the money.

To my surprise Kessler Park Dental is totally opposite of a sterotypical dental office. They are not a puppy mill and they truly pay attention to detail. I was impressed with the level of knowledge the dental staff have. You can tell they work as a team and that Dr. James takes good care of them. Outside of routine dental services I was surprised they off a service that whitens your teeth without the downfalls of getting veneers. Its called micro etching. I told them I just wanted my usual biannual cleaning and that I would take responsibility if something was wrong. They asked me to sign an acknowledgement stating the fact that I refused the X-rays, which I did....15 minutes later the dental hygienist comes in putting inappropriate pressure on me once again. She was basically in fake tears stating she didn't feel comfortable cleaning my teeth without the blast of radiation. Forcing patients to undergo regular X-rays, regardless of any obvious dental issues, is not only harmful, but goes against the standards set by the American Dental Association. This place has lost all credibility and I will never be back. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place like the plaque on your teeth!

They took my mom back for X-rays and told us they would come get me afterward, but they forgot until my mom reminded them. Then we found out their regular X-ray machine wasn't working, so they had to take the X-rays manually while she was sitting in the dental chair. After the dentist examined my mom, she told us my mom could keep her crown and that they would remove the temporary filling and place a permanent composite filling that same day. I specifically asked if they could do it that day, and the dentist said yes. She and her assistant left, and we waited...and waited. Eventually, a technician came in to discuss antibiotics and confirmed they were still going to do the composite filling. She said she would get the dentist. We waited even longer. Then another staff member walked by and told us we were free to leave. I explained that we had been told my mom would be getting her permanent filling that day, so we continued waiting. A short time later, the office manager came in and asked if we wanted to schedule an appointment for Monday because they could not do the filling that day. I explained that the dentist had specifically told us it would be done today. The office manager responded that the dentist doesn't manage the schedule--she does--and that there was no availability. My question was simple: if that was the case, why were we told to wait? What disappointed me the most wasn't that they couldn't fit us in--it was the complete lack of communication and accountability. At no point did the office manager apologize for the confusion, the miscommunication, or for keeping us waiting. Instead, she repeatedly talked over me and simply offered us an appointment for Monday. My mom decided we'd rather go somewhere else, and the response was basically, "You have every right to." Unfortunately, this isn't our first disappointing experience with Ideal Dental. We've received different information from different locations, and I was even sold a dental plan that I haven't been able to use, which has been a waste of money. This experience only reinforced why we choose a private dental practice: clear communication, accountability, and respect for our time. We'll be going back to the dentist we've trusted for years, and I would strongly recommend choosing a private practice over Ideal Dental. The entry is very nice with modern white couches and TV so the wait didn't seem long. I came in because I had a crown from 10+ years ago fall out and wanted to compare doctors. I went to another dentist and my first visit with them I had zero cavities or issues but only 6 months later when I went back in I mysteriously had 9 million things to fix with outrageous prices. I wanted a second opinion so I came to FLOSS. Dr. Rob was super helpful and explained every part of the exam to me in detail then showed me the trouble areas. He told me what was important to get taken care of right away and what could wait if needed. The woman in charge of billing was super nice and showed me the break down of what it would cost out of pocket and what my insurance would cover. They were able to do the procedures I needed same day and I don't know if I'm just older and it hurts less but let me tell you the pain was extremely minimal. A little bit of pressure and sensitivity but otherwise it was a walk in the park compared to what I remembered as a child. I started at 10:20 and walked out by 2pm with very minimal waiting. I highly recommend all of the staff at FLOSS and I will be referring my friends.

The awesome part is that if you're a new patient, you get a free Zoom whitening. Everyone in the office is so nice and welcoming. Never are they condescending or judgmental - that's just not how they roll. My second and third visits were for a root canal. As expected, I was pretty terrified. It wasn't bad at all. Seriously. It was easy. And, better yet, Dr. Boothe and her team are so skilled that I had virtually no pain after. Most importantly, Floss takes most dental insurance and is really good about helping with payment plans and discounts. I can't recommend them more highly. I just let them fix the cavities, so they did the filling in the following week, but the fillings totally failed, I have experienced tooth pain while eating very soft food like veggies, and cold sensitivities for all the teeth done fillings with them, while I didn't have any issues with my any teeth before the fillings done, what's even worse is that the gap in between the teeth is to small and the floss string can't get in, I complaint those issues with Dr. Vazquez and went there for the second visit, she then asked me to bite on a paper with blue and red color and adjusted my bite on one teeth not the other two adjacent teeth and tried to open the gap in between, but because the gap is too small and she didn't check the gap after the filling, it ends up to hurt my teeth with lots of blood, she cheated me to say if things don't go better, I want you to come back. I came back a week later and complained about my tooth pain issues and she started to adjust the bite on that two teeth but still not able to open the gap, so she offered to redo the fillings. There is no reason I should do any filling with such a disqualified dentist that never check bite after filling or the gaps in between the teeth with simple floss, also not mixing the material well that caused sensitivity to me, I asked for the refund for the money I paid to their office so that I can pay out of my pocked to get it fixed in another more qualified dentist, they told me they need to ask their manager but I never got reply.

One filling also seems to be too high or poorly shaped, making it impossible for him to floss between the affected teeth. He returned to the clinic two more times to have the issue corrected, but the pain has still not been resolved. We were also concerned that his bite did not seem to be checked carefully after each filling or adjustment. Dr. Diana later suggested that the fillings might need to be redone. After multiple appointments for the same unresolved problem, this has been frustrating and very time-consuming. My friend requested a refund, but the clinic has continued to delay the process without providing a clear resolution. We hope Soleil Dental will address this matter promptly and fairly. This may violate Texas dental standards of care under 22 Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 108, and could support a dental negligence claim under Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code, Chapter 74. Any misleading billing or refund practices may also raise concerns under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act, Texas Business and Commerce Code §17.46.
