Due the misdiagnosis, Dr. Long said she would do a root canal for no charge. While doing the root canal, Dr. Long damaged the crown on another tooth and without my knowledge she billed my insurance another $1,200. I was in their office twice a month for pain and discomfort. After $6,000 later, I saw a dental specialist who was able to correct my condition. My insurance said that I was over charged for the service received. I would not wish this nightmare on anyone. I came here without reading reviews. They cemented two teeth together. The cleaning wasn't good and…read morebarely done. They didn't even bother flossing my teeth. Also it took two days for them to fix the teeth they messed up- which they didn't actually fix. They literally said "Good enough", so now I have to pay out of pocket to get it fixed elsewhere. I went to a different place right down the road and they agreed the fillings were poorly done and they said I'd need a cleaning since they didn't do one. I informed them that they did, and they said I would need one because they did a very poor job at that and so that's gonna have to be out of pocket to. Not to mention it took hours of waiting to get it done to begin with. I should have just left but no, I stayed and now I have tons of issues and out of pocket costs to deal with. Last remark- they also elongated a tooth sideways during the second appointment. I don't know why they did this, but they did. At that point, I just wanted out before they messed something else up.

I came in and the lobby is small but super cute. It smelt so nice inside! The ladies at the front were nice & efficient. I was brought back and the hygienist went straight to work. I got X-rays of my mouth and teeth done. She was skilled at her job because that was the fastest I had ever gotten X-rays done! With someone who has a small mouth I appreciated it. We had some small talk and she got to cleaning my teeth. My God today I needed that! Once she was done Dr. Stafford came in and checked my mouth because I needed a fill-in. She was so kind. She told me there was another area that may be a problem but would keep an eye on it. She suggested other things I may also need to look into but nothing that was pressing at the moment. I didn't realize she knew one of my old dentists and to know she was doing fine made me happy. Back to the front staff she told me about my insurance and when and what they were going to cover and it made it easy for me to budget around the expense. I drove 20 minutes and left my job and took him out of school to be there and we were there 10 minutes early. At 9:40 I went to the desk and confirmed our appointment was at 9am. They stated we were next and I asked if so how long would it be before we would be next. The receptionist asked someone and they stated they didn't know. My time is valuable and everything did to get to this appointment was a waste. I made a decision at that time this will not be the place for us cause my time and effort wasn't appreciated. Why book appointments if everyone is waiting over an hour to be seen. I guess I got my answer to not move forward and chose a dentist that values their customers. Maybe since I wasn't a paying customer they didn't value me but now you lost a potential customer.
