From start to finish, the visit went very well. Scheduling was easy, filling out the new patient "paperwork" was online and easy, and once I arrived for my appointment, everything else went smoothly! I believe Dr. Jaouni provided a conservative treatment plan recommendation, which I very much appreciated. I mean, after all, who wants to have a tooth pulled, unless absolutely necessary?! My wife has been treated by Dr. Jaouni on a couple of occasions. She was pleased with the result and approved of my seeing him for my "emergency" issue. After being seen by Dr. Jaouni, I too recommend this endodontist. I hope you don't need to visit the Endodontist, but if you do and you decide to give this practice/Dr. Jaouni an opportunity to treat you, I hope you have a likewise very positive experience! Live well. Be well. Cheers!

I immediately called my dentist, Dentistry By Brand and they referred me to this Endodontic practice. They made an opening for me and was in the chair within the hour. The Dr and his assistant were amazing. No pain procedure because of the skill of Dr Ahmad Kassabji. His practice is all geared for your comfort and care. Root canals require know how and precision. If you have the need for such a procedure look no further. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

I recently had some discomfort in one of my front teeth and scheduled an appointment with North…read moreTexas Endodontics. From the moment I walked in, the experience stood out. The front desk staff greeted me warmly and professionally, immediately setting a positive tone. I was then brought back for my initial diagnosis by the dental assistant, Denise. She was incredibly thorough, friendly, and took the time to explain what she was doing throughout the process. One thing that really impressed me was how advanced the technology was. The imaging and diagnostic tools they used were clearly state-of-the-art, which made the evaluation process feel very precise and reassuring. At many medical offices, you can feel like just another number, rushed in, rushed out, and treated more like part of an assembly line than a patient. That was absolutely not the case here. Every member of the team was personable and genuinely focused on patient care. I never once felt hurried. Instead, the staff took the time to make sure I understood everything and felt comfortable along the way. After the initial x-rays and testing revealed the issue, Dr. Berto came chairside. His chairside manner was exceptional. He carefully walked me through the images, explained exactly what the tests revealed, and discussed the procedure in a way that was both clear and reassuring. Again, it didn't feel like I was just another patient moving through the system, he took the time to make sure I fully understood what was happening and what to expect. The procedure itself was completed in less than an hour, Dr. Berto kept checking in with me to ensure I was ok, and the entire team continued to be attentive, caring, and professional throughout. Afterward, the post-procedure instructions were explained clearly, and both Denise and Dr. Berto made sure I felt comfortable before leaving. I'll also add something that really surprised me: a day later I have zero pain from the procedure, and more importantly the original tooth pain that brought me in is completely gone. That may just be my personal experience, but it's definitely worth noting. Overall, the combination of high-end technology, exceptional professionalism, and genuinely personable staff made this one of the best dental experiences I've had. I would highly recommend North Texas Endodontics to anyone needing endodontic care.

My issue comes in with the business office and their less then stellar practices. We've always paid our estimates at time of service and any additional balances in instances where the estimates may have been slightly off. They continue to state that we have a "family" balance that has to be paid before they will schedule follow up visits. This balance has been reviewed with the business office against the EOB from my insurance in which the EOB does not reflect any patient responsibility. They are trying to balance bill for amounts they should contractually be writing off. This alone has put a bitter take in my mouth and forced me to start looking elsewhere for treatment.

Shout outs to Gretchen, Alexis, and Allison for going above and beyond for my girl to make sure she was content and happy while I was having my cleaning. They absolutely didn't have to do what they did, but it made all the difference for me and my daughter. I'm so appreciative and even more excited to bring my daughter in to their office for her first dental appointment ever next week.

They wanted to X-rays on my mouth, I asked why if I was referred by the general dentist and they just took X rays 2 weeks ago. The dental assistant responded the X-rays from other dentist office can come fuzzy. So we have to take our own. Also we need a picture of the tooth we are going a root canal on. So we proceeded with the X-rays since they needed a X-rays of the tooth. When the dentist assistant got me in the room she looked in my mouth and stated she want to look in my mouth. Then she stated she needed to hit my tooth the one that need the root canal. I asked her not too, the dentist assistant said she is going to go get the doctor. The doctor come in and introduce herself, and look at my extra X-ray and confirmed I had an infection around the root canal tooth and the infection has spreaded to the a little around the next tooth and you will need a re root canal. The dentist said she need to see my teeth, i the asked the doctor please don't hit my tooth ( root canal). She stated she was just going to look, after looking she stated she will need to hit my tooth. I said No I don't want you to hit my tooth because it would hurt. She asked me from a scale from 1-10 I said 7. I also told her the to is ONLY sensitive when you suck your teeth and when you hit it. The doctor proceeded to tell me the reason when she needed to hit my teeth, because she wanted to make sure the surrounding teeth don't need a root canal. I advised her I'm ONLY her for this one tooth. I am aware I need two other root canal but the surrounding teeth were not one. The doctor states "I can not do a root canal if I can tap you teeth". I stated, you just confirmed I needed o retreat on the tooth I cane here for so what's the problem". The dentist refuse and said she will mot work on my teeth. So I go to the front desk and clerk states I have to pay for X-rays which were almost $300. I said I should have to pay for X-rays when I advise the other dentist had X-rays and plus the doctor refuse to do the work. I didn't come here to pay almost $300 in X rays. The clerk said if you don't pay it will just go to a collections and on your credit. I said I would like to dispute the charge since she took X-rays that I already had and plus she refuse to finish the job. I asked the assist to provide me the Dentist Association where we can dispute the charge since there is a disagreement. The clerk went and spoke with the doctor. The clerk came back and said she does not have that information, I said the doctor do. The doctor came to the window and said since you wanna take me to court why do you wanna talk. I said I tried talking to you and you walked off. I tried again speaking with the doctor she was disrespectful by over talking me turning to the clerk talking to her as if I wasn't there, the tell me she Will not give me the dental association information I need to find it myself. And told her staff to leave the window. I sat on the couch and call the Dallas Dentist Association, and advise how should I proceed. The doctor called the police on me, luckily he was a nice guy I explained my situation, he told medical bills don't go on your credit and the doctor wanted to put trespassing on me if I returned. Which was dumb because she never told me to leave nor did I cause an out bust like she did. Which an unprofessional setting. All this just because I did want you to hit my sensitive tooth, when you had clear evidence from the X-ray. Completely Bad service!!!!!!! Also we could have talked about if but she was being rude and unprofessional.
