Yes printers are still important in the real world! It's a tiny walk-in closet sized shop with a few racks holding mostly used & refurbished tech and maybe some special orders. At this time items for service are dropped off at the entrance and you can wait in your car or wander the reassuringly empty concourse. Is this really a 5-star place? Well, YES ...it's literally called "I Supply Ink" and it delivers exactly that and more. A dozen other computer & business services stores I called wouldn't touch printers, many others were totally closed. And the big corporate Wage Subsidy cheats don't have anyone answering their phones ( How the F*CK is one supposed to refill a printer on their website??) Will happily drive to here from Eglinton rather than set foot in the big electronics & business machine chain stores ever again.

I was unavailable at that time because I was busy, and he left a voicemail for me. I was busy throughout the week, and I decided to call the manager on Thursday, January 29, 2026, at approximately 8:30PM, just before the store's closing time. My intention was to speak with a manager to arrange an interview, which I estimated would take no longer than five minutes. What made the situation more frustrating was that I made multiple attempts to reach a manager in-store but couldn't get through. I then spoke with an employee working in the Printing Services department to ask for help in connecting with the manager on duty. This associate seemed unfamiliar with Gabriel, the manager who works in the same store. He told me there was another manager named Ryan, but I wasn't sure if that was accurate. The associate claimed Ryan was his manager and offered to transfer my call to him. After about two minutes, the call disconnected unexpectedly, and I couldn't reach anyone afterward. What I find perplexing is why the manager didn't email me to schedule the interview directly. It seems unreasonable that I had to go through so much trouble just to end up speaking with no manager at all. Ultimately, I have decided that I am no longer interested in working at that specific location. I hope the nearby store can contact me to set up an interview.

I usually frequent this place when I'm in a panicky rush. Like when I suddenly run out of paper and must print something right away.
