Let me tell you about the unsung hero of my adult life: Staples in Red Maple. This place is like…read morethe Batcave for office warriors--minus the bats, plus a surprisingly efficient Amazon pickup window. ‍ Amazon Pickup: Faster Than a Caffeinated Squirrel I don't know what kind of sorcery they're using, but the Amazon pickup process here is smoother than jazz on a Sunday morning. I walked in, blinked, and my package was already in my hand. I half expected confetti and a marching band. No fuss, no drama--just grab and go like a ninja with a Prime membership. Office Chairs: Built Like a Tank, Feels Like a Cloud I bought an office chair here over four years ago. It's still going strong. No squeaks, no sagging, no mysterious stains from unknown snack-related incidents. I've spilled coffee, cried into it during tax season, and spun in it during Zoom calls like a caffeinated toddler--it's unfazed. If this chair were a person, it'd be a stoic monk with a black belt in comfort. Supplies: Reasonably Priced, Surprisingly Fun Staples has everything from pens that glide like Olympic figure skaters to paper that makes you feel like your printer finally respects you. Prices are fair, and the selection is solid. I once walked in for a stapler and left with a whiteboard, three packs of sticky notes, and a renewed sense of purpose. ‍ Staff: Chill, Helpful, and Not at All Judgy The team here is consistently friendly and helpful. They don't hover like confused pigeons, but they're always around when you need them. I once asked where the laminators were and got a full breakdown of features like I was buying a sports car. Respect. Final Verdict: Staples Red Maple Is My Spirit Animal If office supplies were a lifestyle, this Staples would be my guru. Efficient, affordable, and weirdly comforting. I go in stressed and come out with a binder and inner peace.-Zuk

I really hope the customer service improves, because a little understanding and support would have made a big difference.

Where should I start... On Saturday, January 24, 2026,…read morearound 3:36PM, I believe the manager, Gabriel, called me to schedule an interview. I was unavailable at that time because I was busy, and he left a voicemail for me. I was busy throughout the week, and I decided to call the manager on Thursday, January 29, 2026, at approximately 8:30PM, just before the store's closing time. My intention was to speak with a manager to arrange an interview, which I estimated would take no longer than five minutes. What made the situation more frustrating was that I made multiple attempts to reach a manager in-store but couldn't get through. I then spoke with an employee working in the Printing Services department to ask for help in connecting with the manager on duty. This associate seemed unfamiliar with Gabriel, the manager who works in the same store. He told me there was another manager named Ryan, but I wasn't sure if that was accurate. The associate claimed Ryan was his manager and offered to transfer my call to him. After about two minutes, the call disconnected unexpectedly, and I couldn't reach anyone afterward. What I find perplexing is why the manager didn't email me to schedule the interview directly. It seems unreasonable that I had to go through so much trouble just to end up speaking with no manager at all. Ultimately, I have decided that I am no longer interested in working at that specific location. I hope the nearby store can contact me to set up an interview.

It is a great place to take your kids to stock up on supplies; crayons, binders, pens, folder, construction paper, it's all here. I usually frequent this place when I'm in a panicky rush. Like when I suddenly run out of paper and must print something right away. It's also a convenient place if you need to do some quick (pretty cheap) photocopying. I've also used this place for sending long-distance faxes because they don't charge as much as Cards N Such (a store that's actually closer to my place) for long-distance faxes.
