The dispatcher was very helpful in the matter and was able to get us two 30 person buses to our location 2 hours after our scheduled departure so that the day was not completely ruined and we appreciated that. That alone would not have garnered a negative review from me, I get it, mistakes happen; but how you respond to those mistakes is what matters. So when I called during the week to hopefully get some form of reim or at the very least an official apology for the mistake, I was ignored! Five texts left on 'read', multiple calls not returned, multiple emails not replied to. Not once did I yell at anyone or give anyone a hard time, I simply stated that we did not receive the service that we paid for and I was hoping for some sort of refund or compensation for the trouble. Complete radio silence from the company. I don't understand what I did to earn such a disrespectful unprofessional (non) response. Be cautious to anyone considering this company, they use Zelle for their transactions and so when they make a mistake you have no way to get your money back and they refuse to take accountability for their mistakes.

Cons: * Overly priced, particularly in comparison to similar tours. * The tour was supposed to start at 8:30pm. My group was all present prior to 8:30pm. We finally left the parking lot for our first destination at 8:47pm. * Only three locations are offered, all of which are available to the public already. * One of the locations that the tour guide boasted about being exclusive to their company was literally a public dog park. * The lack of passion and engagement displayed by the guide and co-guide was disappointing. * Despite starting nearly twenty minutes late, we also ended twenty minutes early. Not a single participant stayed until 11:30. I believe this was because our tour ended at the dog park. Although they indicate there are 52(ish) acres to investigate, all that is truly accessible is the path that goes around the dog park. The guide doesn't even guide you. They simply set up their "base camp" at one of the picnic shelters. During the entire walk around the park path, you could even hear the guide and co-guide conversing. * When listening to the spirit box with headphones, the guide claimed they're noise canceling. I listened to the spirit box with them and could hear people up to three feet away. Ironically when the co-guide was receiving answers from the spirit box after the main guide would ask questions, the two were sitting about three feet apart most of the time. Also, once I mentioned to the main guide that I could hear conversations through the headphones and that they didn't appear to be noise canceling, only the co-guide was permitted to use them from that point on. That made me very suspicious and I am NOT skeptical about the paranormal at all. All in all, I would not recommend this tour or company based on the price they charge and the overall lackluster experience. In addition the tour is advertised as "advanced," yet there is nothing truly advanced about walking along a park path with a plastic K2 meter.

She only talked to a couple of people in the group. It was a very small group and there was no reason for her not to interact with us. My daughter tried asking her a question and she ignored her. When it was time to go to the next location she didn't say anything. Next location it was the same way. My daughter asked others questions and was completely ignored. No one checked to see if we were supposed to be there so essentially I could've just shown up without even paying. I wasted my money on this very unorganized tour. They really should do better. I've seen some really good reviews and either they are all fake or they are from the people who this tour guide actually talked to. If this was free than I could see this being as unorganized as it was. Other paranormal tours I've been on were larger groups and much more organized and interesting than this. He took the time to make me feel completely at ease about renting a party bus for my daughter's high school prom. As any parent knows, organizing a party bus for a group of teenagers is no small feat -- and our booking did not go without its challenges through no fault of his own. Unfortunately I was in a terrible accident a week before the wedding and had to reschedule to a later date. They never answered their phones, emails, or called me back. I basically called countless times and left countless messages + emails before hearing back from them. Every time I heard from them (after repeatedly providing our confirmation number) they would ask me what the date we needed the vans for was, how many we needed, etc. as if they're hearing this for the first time. Craig was talking to me about CHRISTMAS in APRIL. And how they're still trying to get back to the swing of things from the holidays. They said they weren't sure they could find us drivers for our wedding and agreed to issue us a refund. So we asked to proceed with the refund, and didn't hear back from them. A month before our wedding they said they found us drivers, for less vans that would cost us over $1,000 more than our original contract stated. We said no thank you, we would like our refund. Ken hangs up on me. Never heard from them again. Do yourself a favor and find a more reliable, professional company to work with for your event.

Soft drinks and tea were included. The accommodations up there were tall tables and a few metallic stools To the food: The assorted greens salad was fresh with your choice of salad dressings. Then rolls with real butter, followed with spaghetti with meatballs and a pasta with shrimp and parmesan, and chicken parm cutlets. Potato salad and a caprese salad of sliced mozzarella and tomatoes topped with a balsamic dressing. There was enough for seconds. Close to the end of the cruise, they brought out some desserts that looked like magazine quality. Cheesecake, chocolate layered cake, carrot cake, and lemon bars. All were very rich, and nothing was left. The staff could not have been nicer and very efficient. It's a really great crew. There is plenty of free parking. One note, this is not a wheelchair accessible due to a series of steps.
