Perfectly fine. Details (doing this random review here rather than on google because i'd rather our corporate overlords not fully track me) : K D Elite Transprotation is perfectly fine. We were with 10 other people who were shuttled to a friends wedding by K D Elite. Here'e the thing, the driver of the huge bus got lost getting to the Springhill Suites in Aberdeen where we all were (which seems weird as its not that hard to get to). Apparently his GPS led him the wrong way. that's fine, we had plenty of time to get there, we would have only missed the schmoozing. Also, there'd been miscommunication between the company and the bride and groom leading into the wedding about pick-up times. They wanted to pick us up at 11:15pm, 45 minutes after the wedding ended and the bride spent hours on the phone with them telling them to change this. On my end i'm just confused why they sent such a huge bus for 12 people? Honestly I give this company 3 stars because our driver Harris was great and should get a huge raise. Wife and I purchased a park and fly package with kd elite as our transportation from our hotel to the cruise port in Baltimore. The number we had to call was shady 410-800-3000 and comes up as spam on our phone. The operator was highly rude never answered questions and hung up on us almost a dozen times. I'm ashamed to have picked a company who has horrid customer service. We will not be using kd elite in the future and my friends and family will hear all about our experience. This review is late in coming....we used KD back in Dec. 2016. Different address in MD but am thinking it's the same business: We are so happy that we used KD Elite Transportation. There were 5 of us from California meeting others for a family cruise out of the Port of Baltimore. We came a couple of days early to visit with friends and needed a ride (with luggage) to the Cruise Port from our hotel and then upon our return from the Cruise Port to BWI. Both times our drivers were professional and helpful. My teenagers even made a comment on how great our drivers were (which speaks volumes)! In addition, the office folks were very responsive and helpful, both on the phone and via e-mail. I wish we had KD Elite in California since we would use then again and again. We will definitely use them again when we are back in Maryland/Baltimore. Their pricing was also competitive and a lot better than others I was considering. read more

Booked this service with the promise of a rear facing infant car seat, the driver showed up with out the promised car seat making us late to our event. He suggested my sister in law just hold the 9 month old baby in her lap! Spoke with company day of was told they don't provide that service even though it was listed on their website.. Tried to get some sort of refund was given nothing back, dealt with nothing but excuses. Don't recommend this company. Ended up spending hundreds more in the end to keep our room & Dj/photographer for the extended time we needed after being made late. Have proof of receipts & proof that their website offered car seats but apparently that isn't enough to deserve a refund! Never again! read more

Awesome company, We use them any time we cruise out of Baltimore. This time we experienced something special, While waiting for our bus to go to the terminal, A person, lets just say candidate for America stupid video . Was in a tree cut a branch off, He cut the branch under his feet. And fell at least 20 feet to the ground. Charles the Elite driver, Ran to the seen and called 911, instructing emergency crew where and what had happen, The whole time keep a careful eye on his passengers, Now this is a true Super Hero. I think this is for a Transport service. The address here is different than the one on the internet. I was told they would be monitoring my flight into Baltimore. They called when I was waiting for luggage and told me 15 min. 25 min later they called and told me to come outside. 10 minutes later I called and was told they would be here in 1 min. What's the point of arranging transportation if they don't run on time? Is one expected to tip if they are late and you put your own luggage in the car? This company Canada bus trip was the worst ever. They placed fourteen people on a small cramped bus with no room to move. The skylor restaurant food was terrible with no running water in the bathroom. Just nasty. This company is out to take your money. This is not worth the headache. Just pay the extra $$$. My family and I recently used KD Elite for a Canada Trip vacation. This was one of the worst experience ever. They had packed us in , like a can of sardines. The trip was very long & uncomfortable with very little air conditioning for an 8 hour one way trip. I would not recommend this company for any bus service vacation. This company do not care about there clients. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Do not use them, you would only be disappointed. read more
