I was so excited to find a car service with reasonable rates. Connected with Jonathan and made the reservation but did not confirm as I needed the approval to travel from my doctor. Jonathan reached out to me yesterday and I confirmed that I could go ahead with the reservation. That's where it ended. Never heard from him again, even after several texts. I booked a car with this company on a recent trip to Baltimore for a family funeral. The plan was to pick me up on Thursday evening at BWI and drive me to a hotel and to make a return trip to BWI on Friday late afternoon, during rush hour. I paid via an online payment platform that they sent to me and the booker said he would just use the same credit car to make the return trip. The first part of the trip went well. Driver was on time, professional and friendly. On friday however no one showed up. When I called to inquire, I was told "well maybe I could get in the car and be there in 45 minutes" - which would have meant that I would risk missing my flight. I realize that people make mistakes. That is ok. What was not okay was the company's response. Instead of apologizing, offering tenable solutions, and offering a discount on my initial ride (or full comp), the person on the phone was not helpful at all. Poor customer service. read more

Used for transport from Fells Point to BWI. Our driver, Brad, texted a day prior so that we could contact him with any questions or last minute issues. Brad was prompt, assisted with luggage, and provided a very comfortable and safe ride to the airport. The vehicle was extremely clean and comfortable. Tomorrow, my wife and I are travelling with our host friends to BWI to start our vacation. However, NOT with Baltimore Black Car. Our friend who arranged the trip, made the initial booking over a month ahead. We did have a couple of questions and wanted to confirm that our needs were clear. We didn't get a response. So we filled out a second request. We didn't get a response. We called and were told by Jonathan, that he would would call back in 5 minutes. He didn't call. We again called him back. When he answered, he sounded like we had woken him from sleep. When we tried to ask our questions, he said that he had lost or didn't have our information. We again provided the details. We wanted to be sure that the vehicle would accommodate the four of us with enough room for our luggage. Now, several days before we would be leaving, Our host again reached out to Baltimore Black Car. We wanted to be sure that they had our timing for pickup for departure and our return. We again did not hear back. We decided to cancel this car service and drive our own car from Elkton to BWI airport, drop our luggage and park in one of the lots at the airport. Needless to say, next time we travel (fairly regularly) we will NOT be calling Baltimore Black Car. They are not the way we want to start our vacation. read more

We used Baltimore Black car this month to take 10 of us to BWI airport for a trip to St Lucia. We needed to be picked up at 3am to go and at 1am on our return. Our driver was prompt, on time and very nice. I especially like the tracking app to see when he would arrive. Our trip was a success from start to finish. We would highly recommend and use Baltimore Black Car again. read more
