My driver, Gene, was on time for all his stops--early, even. In fact, when he arrived a bit too early at the church to drop off my husband, he drove around the neighborhood for a bit to kill some time. When he arrived to pick me up, I wasn't quite ready, but he waited patiently for me. He never made me feel rushed. It was pouring rain, but he still helped carry my train and held an umbrella for me. He was very sweet and kept my nerves calm! The limo itself was a gorgeous white limo with room for about nine or ten occupants. We were given sparkling cider in champagne glasses and had control of the lights/radio. It was a smooth ride. After all was done, The Limo Lady gave us a cute gift basket and picture frame to congratulate us. I would absolutely recommend The Limo Lady to anyone looking for real professionalism at a great price!

Limo Lady was very professional and accommodating and demonstrated attention to every detail to make our experience very positive, with a personal touch. Of note, Joanna went out of her way to assist one of our elderly guests, in a wheelchair, into the church. He wasn't even someone she carried in the limo! The limo was clean and beautiful, the driver prompt and courteous. We recommend the Limo Lady very highly and without reservation and will certainly use this company again when we have a need in the future. Thank you, Limo Lady! James and Jean Marie Padden

We went through a series of changes, even up to the night before, and she handled it all with grace and patience. Pricing was a little less than other limo services. They also have student pledges that *must* be signed by the kids (even though they were all 18 and over). Great attention to detail... who could ask for more when you are putting your most precious possession in someone else's hands?? This was our first time dealing with a limo service and it was one of the best experiences in customer service, and more importantly, customer CARE, that I've had in such a very long time. In a world where it has become "customer processing" these folks go above and beyond! They set the limo up in the kids school colors, gave us a nice clean vehicle that was well stocked with soda's, water and snacks. The driver, John, was PERFECTION (and you can bet he got himself an extra tip! The man was awesome). He stayed at the prom, and the next day he picked all the kids up to take them to the Inner Harbor for the day. I have nothing but praise for these folks. When the opportunity arises again, they will *always* have my family's business. Thank you, Carol, John and About Town Limo for giving my sons and their dates a weekend to remember. Because of you, they will never forget it!

Instead, a dirty white limo showed up - this was an evening out, not a wedding, and at the very least the limo should have been clean and updated. The driver dropped us off across the street from the hotel and made us carry all our bags across the street. On the return trip, the driver again was contracted out and while he picked up on the right side of the street in the right vehicle, he needed me to provide him step by step by step instructions to my house so i couldn't even enjoy the ride home, since i was yelling the directions across the entire limo and over the voices of my daughter and her friends. The service may be fine for business trips, but it you're booking a special event that you want to build lasting memories around, go elsewhere.
