I hired this company 9 months before the wedding and 4 months before the wedding Brenda, the manager, informed me they did NOT have the size vehicles I had requested. Scott Transportation stated they would then look around to find me the vehicles I needed. This threw up a red flag for me and I didn't want anything to go wrong the day of my daugther's wedding, so I proceeded to find another company myself and did. I notified Scott Transportation I was cancelling their contract due to a breach on their part, and did this 3 months before the wedding (well before the 72 hours notice cited in the contract) I have since then been requesting my $500 deposit to be returned since the company breached the contract. Ronnie (the owner) has yet to respond to any of my 6 emails and Brenda (the manager) only responded to 1 stating "read the contract carefully, it clearly states the deposit is nonrefundable" I find this unacceptable for a company who BREACHED their own contract. I would NOT recommend this company!!

DON'T USE THIS SERVICE FOR A SPECIAL EVENT. I booked a black limo for my daughter's sweet sixteen…read more They called that morning to say due to mechanical issues they would have to contract out to another service but that a black stretch SUV would be there. Instead, a dirty white limo showed up - this was an evening out, not a wedding, and at the very least the limo should have been clean and updated. The driver dropped us off across the street from the hotel and made us carry all our bags across the street. On the return trip, the driver again was contracted out and while he picked up on the right side of the street in the right vehicle, he needed me to provide him step by step by step instructions to my house so i couldn't even enjoy the ride home, since i was yelling the directions across the entire limo and over the voices of my daughter and her friends. The service may be fine for business trips, but it you're booking a special event that you want to build lasting memories around, go elsewhere.

On my last trip, the "collector" (the guy standing out at the curb saying "you want cab?" "you want cab?" directed me to one of his vehicles. As I was approaching the vehicle, I reconfirmed, asking him if it was the same fare as the cab. Yes, Yes was his answer. I get to the hotel and the driver charges me 60 dollars - while the normal cab (and other personal vehicle rides) is 35-40. I had to get to work, so hopefully I may hear from them on the outrageous fare.

Unfortunately I was in a terrible accident a week before the wedding and had to reschedule to a later date. They never answered their phones, emails, or called me back. I basically called countless times and left countless messages + emails before hearing back from them. Every time I heard from them (after repeatedly providing our confirmation number) they would ask me what the date we needed the vans for was, how many we needed, etc. as if they're hearing this for the first time. Craig was talking to me about CHRISTMAS in APRIL. And how they're still trying to get back to the swing of things from the holidays. They said they weren't sure they could find us drivers for our wedding and agreed to issue us a refund. So we asked to proceed with the refund, and didn't hear back from them. A month before our wedding they said they found us drivers, for less vans that would cost us over $1,000 more than our original contract stated. We said no thank you, we would like our refund. Ken hangs up on me. Never heard from them again. Do yourself a favor and find a more reliable, professional company to work with for your event.
