On my last trip, the "collector" (the guy standing out at the curb saying "you want cab?" "you want cab?" directed me to one of his vehicles. As I was approaching the vehicle, I reconfirmed, asking him if it was the same fare as the cab. Yes, Yes was his answer. I get to the hotel and the driver charges me 60 dollars - while the normal cab (and other personal vehicle rides) is 35-40. I had to get to work, so hopefully I may hear from them on the outrageous fare.

He had a GPS in the car but it was too old and did not give an alternate route to the airport for the driver to follow so we kept going up and down interstate 95. When I realized we driving in circles I used the GPS on my cell phone and directed the driver to the airport just in time to run from the car and make our flight. So much for a relaxing ride to the airport. I would suggest making sure the driver of the limosine knows how to get to your location and also has an alternate route available in case of a detour. Of course updating the GPS in the CES vehicles would also be a good idea. Gave them a try wouldn't take the chance of using them again!
