She worked with my budget and even went the extra mile. Bc of her notifying the resort at Sandals about my honeymoon they provided champagne with flowers and breakfast in bed. That was nice touch for her to add for us. If we had any questions she was knowledgeable and got back to us quick. I think her for her expertise and professionalism and will not be using anyone else to book any future trips!! Thank you!!

Erica had arranged for us to stay in a beautiful bed and breakfast owned by friends of her family. We enjoyed great art, music, and dining, as well as visiting several cultural and historic sites in the city. In Playa Larga, we were treated to a fantastic dinner on the beach at Sol y Caribe restaurant and spent an amazing day snorkeling, scuba diving, and enjoying the beautiful clear waters and coral reefs of the bay. While I've enjoyed traveling in Cuba alone, traveling with Erica, Juan Carlos, and Renee was truly special. I can't wait to join another of Erica's tours!" - Pete Stern

The bus was equipped with a TV and sound system, so full entertainment while we waited for the wedding to start! Communication was easy and Borden was always available to answer any questions. FAST!!! Gave them a…read morecall, and less than 10 minutes later, a van was outside of my house, ready to drive me to my destination. Our driver was friendly, but didn't try to force conversation. He got us to our destination quickly and without hassle. They accepted credit cards (and will email a receipt? NICE!), which was a plus. Our driver got us from the outskirts of the city (Violetteville) to Mount Vernon in no time at all. A tad pricey ($35 for two people), but all things considered, not too bad for the prompt service. When it's been one of those weeks when no one wants to be D.D., not to mention finding (and probably paying for) parking, Baltimore Cab offers convenience one can't beat.

About as good a taxi service as I have encountered in Baltimore…read more Reservation process I used was over the phone, I called to confirm a particularly early flight out and the need for a 5:00am pick up, but then followed-up with a second call to pad my arrival with a little more time and a 4:30am pick up instead. The process was polite, quick, and painless. The explanation and bonus points (because I realize giving a 5 star taxi service rating is ... hard to fully justify): * texts to confirm appointment scheduling (time, pick up address, and rate) - also followed up with contact information to book a return ride or modify arrangements * online reservations/quotes are available (though I did not use them) * upgraded cars (optional - about $10 to swap to a executive sedan for my trip) * modified reservation for an earlier time was quick and easy * taxi arrived 10 min. early and called to say he was here and to come out when I was ready * very professional ride and service curb to curb * brownie point: asking me what radio station I'd like to sit back and relax to on my pre-dawn ride to the airport - completely unnecessary but thoroughly appreciated from a regular taxi ride

Wanted to do something different for my husband's birthday celebration so I came up with a day of…read moreactivities and one of them included a helicopter ride. Booked Charm City Helicopters for a private 20 minute tour of Baltimore. Booking: The company is in transition to updating the booking system so I had a hard time booking initially via Google Ads but was able to book instantly when i went direct to the website. After I booked, I received a phone call confirming my booking where I talked to a lady and then also an automated text message and email. Pretty easy! Communication: They send automated text messages leading up to the Helicopter tour. Some of the messages are action items like entering your weight and reminders to sign waivers. One recommendation would be to include the waiver in the text message because it went to spam in my email so I couldn't find it and it held us up a bit when we were ready to fly. If a text message is sent about signing the waiver we should probably create a url for the waiver and add it to the text message. Also if you respond to the text message it doesn't go anywhere since it's not monitored and only for output. Arrival and Rules: Masks are still required for passengers which initially didn't seem awful but the pilot doesn't wear a mask and also the Helicopter was HOT and we were required to wear the mask the entire time. No air conditioning in the helicopter (@ least the one we were in that was black and tan didn't have any). The views were gorgeous but it made the ride uncomfortable on a day where it was 90 degrees. Ride: The pilot was great and delivered an entire history lesson during the flight. We are Baltimore natives but learned a few pieces of history while on tour. The ride was smooth and he let us know every time we could expect any extra vibration. This was a memorable experience. I would recommend for sure but caution if you choose to do it in summer with the current mask requirement. Wanted to do it for my birthday but it's in August so we will wait for sure. We will likely try the Baltimore Annapolis tour in Winter.
