From beginning to end she was available 24/7 to answer all of our questions and those of our guests. When I spent a few days and nights in a total panic because of hurricane Matthew (cat 5) she was right there with me - offering to re-arrange flights and assuring me that everything would be okay. It was! And we had a glorious beach wedding on a beautiful Island. I was so impressed with the personal touch we received. Even after we arrived in Turks, she messaged me to see how everything was going. We had a few little glitches with a spa appointment and getting the wedding dress steamed and with one call to Ann she worked her magic and straightened everything out. My wife and I had $3500 budget for a 1 week to someplace tropical in December. After spending about 6 hrs each on Trip Advisor, Kayak, Expedia and just about every other site, we couldn't find anything in our budget. I had never used a travel agent before, so I decided on a whim to contact this local agent. They got back to me the same day and the next day I was looking at three awesome packages all under $2500 (their fee included) - and these were much better deals than we were looking at on our own. We ended up going with a Funjet package, which included a direct flights from/to BWI to Punta Cana, Excellence Resort - all inclusive with an ocean front suite. Totally amazing! Never again will I waste my time hunting aimlessly online. I'm calling the experts.

It also means I am not your average young person with little knowledge of what goes bump under the hood. Without going into details, these people mislead, overstate and absolutely lie about the service your vehicle needs. They use scare tactics to try and cover up mistakes, they play games to try and mark up the price after you have agreed on a price. They are all about the upsell, which I would not normally mind, but the way they do is malicious. All I needed was an oil change, front breaks, and a tire rotation. The pictures are the tires they claimed could not be rotated because they are too worn. This is after I caught them not completing this service after they told me it was done. This place is convenient, but you are being scammed! Please do not go here unless you know what you need, what you don't, and you are prepared to negotiate a reasonable price. Even then they may not complete the work.
