We finally got ahold of our driver, who we woke up. Needless to say we did not have time to wait for the driver to wake up and get ready. Due to the size of our party we had to take two vehicles to the airport and park in the garage, not economy, due to running late after waiting 30 minutes past pick up time before we found out we weren't getting picked up. Xavier offered to pay for our parking at the airport and offered his apologies the day of the flight. Upon our return we tried to sync up to give him receipts as requested and get a check in person like he requested. After a month of trying I finally am leaving this review I text him, I can see read receipts, and no reply. He offered to pay for our parking and then ghosted us. This on top of not showing up at all when we booked is reason enough to look elsewhere.

Driver (Anthony) was rude, obnoxious and aggressive towards the bride and groom, immediately haggling over the money with the groom, before his tasks were completed, and insisting his totals were correct, until we showed him the payment breakdown and then he backed off, but continued to harass the groom and bride, got aggressive and then took his money and never returned to complete the confirmed evening of driving guests home and taking bride and groom home. We had to secure rides for the guests ourselves with New Year's Eve surge pricing. This Thief, took the money and ran. I have no respect for anyone that does this, especially on the most important day of this couple's life. Do not trust this company with your important events.

They made sure all of our guests arrived on time and were comfortable and they stayed available throughout the night until the end of the wedding, where they took some guests home and the others to the after party. When booking they helped us figure out how long we needed to book them for and also how early because we weren't from the Annapolis area so not familiar with the traffic there. Pricing is fair and also has all taxes and fees included with the price they give you. And you can also add in tip so you don't need to worry about that at the end of your wedding night. They will also only charge for the hours worked so if you book them for 10 but only use them for 8 then that's all they'll charge. The company is very honest and helpful and also a big shout out to Trevor for helping us book and then our drivers Gene and Rick for being awesome!
