Wow! How does a guy rate a company or service? Well, let me…read morejust say that this company has far exceeded any expectation I could ever hope for in a taxi service. I have owned my own business for 32 years, and fell on hard times. Yes, I was even homeless due to the inequities of my spouse. With ANY of the other cab companies I called, I was met with a callous... yeah, what? attitude. Not these guys! No. I told the proprietor I was/am in bad health and needed a ride to get some food. Come to find out, they drove 15 miles out of their way to take me 1/2 mile up the road & back for groceries. They even waited for me to finish my business in the grocery store before driving me back to my home. In writing this, I don't know if I overstepped my bounds by saying too much for these guys. But not only did they go out of their way to help a Veteran, but their next call would take them another 20 minutes to get to, before the meter was ever to be restarted. I don't know, but I am sure glad that there's still some humanity left in this world. For me... I will never call any other taxi service without consulting with them first. Six star rating for Green Taxi Express! You guys have heart! Paul One Grateful Veteran

Eek! It was nerve wracking! Andre to the rescue! Andre didn't hesitate to take on this responsibility. He was very communicative, reassuring, and nimble ... we also had to deal with flight changes, that he accommodated without hesitation. Andre went above and beyond to ensure my uncle's safety and comfort, which was an incredible relief to me--I felt like he and I were a team. I'm grateful beyond measure for his professionalism and kindness; we will use Sorrell Elite Transportation again and I highly recommend them!

Mike, one of the owners of this great startup company, is awesome. He goes so far above and beyond to ensure that I have a positive experience. He is also simply a good person. I trust him so much that I'm willing to leave my baby in the car if I'm running in somewhere, which he is kind enough to allow me to do. I've tried the competitor cab companies on numerous occasions, and Chesapeake Cab Company is absolutely the way to go. It's less expensive, I always get where I need to go on time, safely, I don't have to wait for two hours like I used to do when I rode with Key Lime, and when Mike is my driver the conversation is always relaxed and enjoyable. He takes care to remember things about my child and me. In fact, my Tuesday mornings with Mike have become one of the highlights of my week!
