We generally call a Lyft or Uber to get us to the airport but I was worried about driver availability so early in the morning on Christmas. I will probably never use a ride share again to get to BWI... our experience with 95 Star was so much better. The driver, Asif, texted to confirm our pick up time the night before and then arrived five minutes early at 3:55am. He helped us with our bags and was a smooth driver. The car was very comfortable. We arrived on time at BWI.

My mom and I had an unexpected trip to Easton, Massachusetts recently for a funeral. My mom…read morecontacted Pete Bailey, president of Executive Transportation Services, Inc. Thank goodness she did! Pete provided exceptional service to us, going way beyond our expectations for a transportation service. He picked us up at a restaurant in St. Michaels on a Sunday evening and drove us to Easton. He went out of his way to show us some areas of Easton we might want to visit the next day. My mom said she really would love to go to Annapolis the next day, since she hadn't been there in years. The next day, Pete picked us up at our hotel (he was on time) and took us to Annapolis which was sort of on the way to our destination, the Baltimore airport. Pete actually dropped us off in Annapolis and waited several hours for us, then took us to the airport! When we arrived at the airport he charged a very reasonable fee for the two days. We weren't the only ones to have an excellent experience using Executive Transportation Services, Inc. Several other family members who were in town for the funeral also had a very positive experience. Pete Bailey is professional and dependable. If anyone in our family returns to Easton, we'll be sure to call Pete again for any transportation we need. I highly recommend Executive Transportation Services, Inc. (Do not confuse this with another local business with a similar name.)

My return taxi ride went without incident. Nadim is very pleasant and a good driver. The only issue I had was the price of the ride which was $500 round trip. He explained that other services don't usually go that direction. Overall I am so grateful he kept his commitment and delivered me to the hotel after many delays and hours. I would have paid any amount.

They do a great job making a historic property feel modern with ample outlets and usb ports, a very comfortable bed, and a mini fridge we used to store leftovers and beer. The TVs also have more channels than we ever have had in a hotel but rarely used given all the fun stuff in Annapolis. They also make the hotel accessible with elevators and wheelchair accessible rooms. The staff was also wonderful and accommodated us well by storing our belongings after checkout while we explored the State House on the 5th. We love how much is in a very short walking distance to here. Parking may be expensive but for car free people this is quite easy with commuter busses from DC and Baltimore, local Flixbus from DC and New York, local busses around the clock from Baltimore Light Rail's Cromwell station, as well as ample Ubers and Lyfts that may be cheaper than parking and no need to go past walking distance.
