He made it out to me within 20 minutes, told me what was wrong with my car (what to tell the shop as I am not even a little handy with cars), and had it moved right away. I did not know he only took cash Which I did not have on me. No worries, brought me to the gas station down the road. Wish more people were like B & K towing. Phenomenal customer service!

I was told I needed new rear brakes, so I planned to replace them myself on Saturday, 12/29/25. When I went to start the job, my security socket was nowhere to be found. So much for my Saturday project. The shop was closed for the weekend, so I couldn't resolve it. I met with the owner, Dan, on Monday. He ordered a new set of security lugs in hopes that the key would work. It did not. The tech had misplaced my original key during the brake inspection. Needless to say, it was a major inconvenience--and I didn't receive so much as an apology from the owner. This was my experience as a first-time customer. A $50-off coupon will not bring back my business.
