When we called back, they hung up again after refusing to provide their name or agent identification number! We are in the process of working with the MN Attorney General's office regarding this. Cardinal Towing is a very shady business and their customer service is extremely rude and unaccountable. Avoid this company at all costs. I asked if he towed cars and he said let's try a jump first. After 4 more jumps and him even working on my battery connection, the car wouldn't stay running. Given my car not wanting to stay on, and him being so nice and genuine, I admitted I was brand new to town and knew no one, so I asked for a referral to a trustworthy mechanic. He recommended a shop just up the road. I insisted on buying his lunch for all his help and he even followed me to the shop to make sure I got there okay. I am a female law student so I am skeptical of businesses taking advantage of a lady in distress who knows no one in town. This business was the opposite.
