I called up Technik Enterprises for my security system because I love buying local! This company…read moredelivered more than I bargained for when I called them! I wanted some hard wired security cameras since WiFi seems to always be spotty these days. They not only gave me great quality cameras that I can view from my TV, I can also view them remotely from my phone. This company also installed a really cool alarm panel that displays my photos when not in use, a keyless entry lock on my front door, and I can remotely open and close my garage door.. I'm gonna ask them back soon for the carbon monoxide detector since we have a fire place, hopefully a sensor on my driveway to tell me when someone passes it, and connect my monitoring system to my irrigation system and my outdoor lights to make them remote as well. So impressed by what this company and its owner can do and how professional they are on the phone and on the job!!

Covid delayed them by a year; understandable perhaps, but since it was outdoors, I don't see what…read morethat difference that would make since it is outside. Apparently Sam Brown, the father was ill, which I am sorry for. But it took an extra year. Then I started calliing to get the pressure tank delivered - about $1800. i wanted to see how it would be placed so I could protect it once it was down. I emailed Sam and his son, I texted, I called many, many times with no answer. Sam finally answered one day and said he was better but there was a medical crisis (maybe his son; I don't recall). He said he would go look. This was about a month ago or a bit longer. He told me he would call me within 2 days, but he didn't. I finally reached him and he said that someone had stolen it. As he was not even working during that time and now there is another medical crisis, I don't believe him. My gate is always locked and the goes back about 1200 feet before you get to where the well is. I had plenty of other things people could steal if they wanted to...and nothing else was taken. There were cows, and since I hadn't built the well house, the pipes were broken off the well, which I am happy to replace, and am replacing. He said the pad was there. Well when I checked, there was a cheap piece of plastic with no indentation on it, no indentation on the ground. It was NEVER there. We got out there regularly and no one came in there and took a pressure tank! It is absurd. I was never notified that they would deliver it (I specfically askee to be notified so I would be there when it was delivered). No one had answered my phone calls or emails. I finally told him, after he said would call and didn't that I would talk to an attorney, so now I have no recourse, as he is threatening to block me because I call and text and email, but he doesn't keep his word! THE LOCAL WHO REFERRED HIM APOLOGIZED! He said he doens't know why he did it and he should have referred Jackson's. If you want delay, no communication, etc, go ahead and use them, but I heartily discourage you. I will be happy to take this down if I get my pressure tank, or proof that it was delivered....like a photo of it on my properlty easily taking by a phone.
