Just wanted to apologize for any potential stress I may have caused, we all have enough as is. If there are issues in the future (I hope not) I will address them professionally. I understand that not living at the address you recieve mail at complicates things, but people need to be able to recieve mail. That isn't necessarily the fault of this particular post office.

We were so lucky to be helped by Shelby, who provided exceptional customer service. Shelby was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the process. My dad is over 86 years old and had difficulty completing his fingerprints, but Shelby never rushed him. Instead, she patiently guided him and made sure he felt comfortable and respected. What touched me most was how she took the time to compliment and encourage my dad, which really made his day. Her kindness and positive attitude turned what could have been a stressful experience into a pleasant one. In today's busy world, it is refreshing to meet someone who treats others with such kindness and respect. Shelby is a true asset to the Driver License Office. Thank you, Shelby, for treating my dad with such dignity, patience, and compassion. Outstanding employees like you make a real difference in people's lives.

Miserable experience. I was there with my daughter to apply for a learner's permit. The…read moreappointment was for 2PM. We arrived a few minutes early and checked in online. It took 30 minutes for us to have her number called. But don't get excited bc after waiting 30 minutes, we waited in another line at the Rep's desk area for 20 minutes for our turn. The Rep helping us was pleasant, but very slow with the way that she handled the process. We saw others being processed much more quickly. It took over an hour for a process that should have taken 15 minutes. There was a period over 5 years ago when I had a positive experience at this mega center. Now you can count on feeling like you are at the airport. Long wait times, loud intercoms, and overall miserable experience.
