I have recently had to go to this post office very frequently over the last few weeks. Each and every visit I made the staff helping me were friendly, polite and helpful. All my questions were answered and no one rushed me. It was really a very nice experience! I've lived in this zip code over 20 years and I can assure you, it's most definitely worth the drive to another location if you have anything important to transact with the USPS. The "postmaster" or whoever manages this location clearly stopped caring many years ago, and most employees know there is zero accountability for their work. Change of address, stack of Christmas cards to mail, important package - all worth the trip to another location. Unexplained delays, misdelivered mail, lost items, and no response to inquiries are all normal operations here. read more

The customer service is terrible . I moved to this area and this location came up as I tried finding a post office near me.. I had moved and put in a change of address form however my mail was not being forwarded. I went to this location and asked did I need to go to the same location in the other city I was living previously? I was told no and the attendant had me fill out another form that was in November . My mail still is NOT being forwarded. I've filled out two change of address forms with this location and when I came to see why my mail still was NOT being forwarded I was told you need to contact your billers and she also told me I had to go back to the previous city I came from.. I told her I asked you that the last time I was here and you told me no!!! That's when she then says well you need to contact your billers. Why does the post office offer this service if I'm not gonna get the mail that is due to me. I forgot about three billers and when the bills was to arrive this month I got nothing. That's how I knew my mail was NOT being forwarded. To have the attendant Blame the customer for there lack of work is crazy to me . This office sucks and the people working there don't care where your federally shipped mail goes. I just would like the service that I applied for to be done that is it. This has been the worst experience I've ever had receiving my mail from a move. read more

This is your typical P.O. with the usual government employee attitude; with the exception of Miss Hoa. Miss Hoa an Asian lady was kind enough to inform me that if I shipped my packages to Puerto Rico in one of the Post Office Priority Boxes that I'd save roughly $30 per box. Miss Hoa gave me some boxes and I took them home and transferred the goods from my box to the Post Office boxes. She saved me a lot of money. I will come back in the hopes of getting Miss Hoa to serve my needs. read more

I had a package that was delivered today. The delivery time was changed to late evening. Received after five, which was okay. The problem was the placement of the package. It was not placed on the porch and it was not placed at the front door. It was placed at the end of the walkway close to the porch. I have received serval packages before without a problem of placement. To send me a notification stating that my package was left at the door or on the porch is not a TRUE statement. Yep so they never found my envelope containing my money orders for my rent and deposit on my new rental home. I had to cancel the money orders with my bank, which the bank stated I had to wait 90 days before they could refund the money back to my account. Ugh to say the least read more

Slower than Christmas, mostly rude and disgruntled employees. close at 4:30 and never refill postal supplies outside in lobby.

Needed pen, no questions asked they handed one to me. Another postal worker advised an older gentleman where to pick his item, as he had a golden ticket. The worker noticed he was standing and waiting in the normal line. I like this post office so far. read more

Expect to wait forever in line no matter what day/time, package drop off box is always broken so you aren't able to leave your packages after hours. Oh and the machine self check out works have the time. ENJOY!! read more
