The wait was too long so we decided to try again another day. The second time, we did have an appointment. We told them what we were in for and they told us to sit down and wait. We waited patiently with my baby for 30 minutes. Asked them again and apparently the passport lady called in sick and didn't show up! This is unbelievable as they literally told us to sit down and wait. We wasted 30 minutes of our time at USPS for nothing. The appointment was not cancelled-no notification at all! Then, they had the audacity to tell us to try walking in to the Airport Blvd location. We wanted to come here because it was the closest to us. We should've just gone somewhere else from the start. This location is completely deserving of all the 1 star reviews. Terrible service. Sometimes you don't even know where the employees are. They're just hiding in the back or something. Their digital system is updated regularly. I come here multiple times a week as I am a drop shipper. I am grateful to see kind helpful staff each day. They are doing their best work. Please be patient and make sure you have everything you need by the time you are called in line so that you don't have to go back in line. All USPS are understaffed. That is the reality of our employment situation today. Just get in line and wait your turn. If the line is too long, come back when it's not. Or you can use the digital service in the lobby, which is very easy to use and you can do much more than you think.

Both times I went in, the service was shockingly rude and unprofessional. It's clear the employees here have no interest in helping anyone. Even when I spoke kindly and respectfully, I was met with complete attitude and zero effort. The overall energy is just off the staff act like they don't want to be there I even overheard one staff member saying "I wouldn't be here if they weren't paying me", and they do the bare minimum. The building itself doesn't help either it's dark, dirty, and honestly feels neglected. Whoever took these photos they're completely outdated and misleading. Both visits, I was simply trying to return a small Amazon package (a foundation, nothing complicated). I don't have a printer or tape at home, so I politely asked for help, and was flat-out denied. I left, went out of my way to print the label elsewhere, and came back another day. A different employee helped me slightly, but still told me I had to buy tape and tape the box myself, then immediately started helping the next person mid-conversation. I left frustrated and unwelcome. For something as simple as a return, the process was painfully difficult. I didn't even get a receipt and wasn't sure if that was normal. It's unfortunate because the location is convenient, but the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy ruins it. I'll be driving farther out from now on for better service. Hopefully management sees this and does something about it this is easily the worst USPS experience I've had anywhere.

Robert showed up to our apartment complex around 10 AM, sat on the property, and somehow within 30 minutes decided my package suddenly had an "INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS" and returned it to sender without ever attempting delivery. Mind you, my FULL address was listed correctly, and I've received multiple packages from this same shop before with zero issues. So no, the problem is not the address. The problem is Robert. Every single time there's an issue with mail or packages, it somehow traces back to him. He either doesn't care, doesn't pay attention, or simply doesn't want to do his job. Delivering mail is the bare minimum requirement of working for USPS, yet Robert acts like bringing a package to the correct apartment is some impossible task. Meanwhile, the other carriers here manage to do their jobs perfectly fine. One lady is incredibly sweet and helpful every time, and another younger male carrier is always respectful and actually delivers packages correctly. Robert is the ONLY consistent issue. And trying to contact the post office after dealing with him is just as bad. Nobody answers the phones. I had to get FOUR different people to call before someone finally picked up. The woman who answered was kind, but it genuinely felt like she was trying to rush me off the phone instead of fixing the issue. Honestly, at that point just place people on hold because clearly nobody calls back and nobody answers.
