One time, I was in the line for 45 minutes waiting, and one of the workers saw someone she knew get into the back of the line, so she brought her up to the front. The workers are never in any hurry, no matter how long people have been waiting. They'll say the side window is open for certain things when it's not. Avoid at all costs.

Both times I went in, the service was shockingly rude and unprofessional. It's clear the employees here have no interest in helping anyone. Even when I spoke kindly and respectfully, I was met with complete attitude and zero effort. The overall energy is just off the staff act like they don't want to be there I even overheard one staff member saying "I wouldn't be here if they weren't paying me", and they do the bare minimum. The building itself doesn't help either it's dark, dirty, and honestly feels neglected. Whoever took these photos they're completely outdated and misleading. Both visits, I was simply trying to return a small Amazon package (a foundation, nothing complicated). I don't have a printer or tape at home, so I politely asked for help, and was flat-out denied. I left, went out of my way to print the label elsewhere, and came back another day. A different employee helped me slightly, but still told me I had to buy tape and tape the box myself, then immediately started helping the next person mid-conversation. I left frustrated and unwelcome. For something as simple as a return, the process was painfully difficult. I didn't even get a receipt and wasn't sure if that was normal. It's unfortunate because the location is convenient, but the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy ruins it. I'll be driving farther out from now on for better service. Hopefully management sees this and does something about it this is easily the worst USPS experience I've had anywhere.

Robert seriously needs to be checked by USPS management because at this point it's ridiculous…read more My package was marked "out for delivery" YESTERDAY at 7:35 AM. Robert showed up to our apartment complex around 10 AM, sat on the property, and somehow within 30 minutes decided my package suddenly had an "INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS" and returned it to sender without ever attempting delivery. Mind you, my FULL address was listed correctly, and I've received multiple packages from this same shop before with zero issues. So no, the problem is not the address. The problem is Robert. Every single time there's an issue with mail or packages, it somehow traces back to him. He either doesn't care, doesn't pay attention, or simply doesn't want to do his job. Delivering mail is the bare minimum requirement of working for USPS, yet Robert acts like bringing a package to the correct apartment is some impossible task. Meanwhile, the other carriers here manage to do their jobs perfectly fine. One lady is incredibly sweet and helpful every time, and another younger male carrier is always respectful and actually delivers packages correctly. Robert is the ONLY consistent issue. And trying to contact the post office after dealing with him is just as bad. Nobody answers the phones. I had to get FOUR different people to call before someone finally picked up. The woman who answered was kind, but it genuinely felt like she was trying to rush me off the phone instead of fixing the issue. Honestly, at that point just place people on hold because clearly nobody calls back and nobody answers. Robert clearly has no problem returning people's packages to sender, but somehow delivering them is where he struggles. USPS should seriously reevaluate who they have representing them because his attitude and work ethic are embarrassing.

He pointed us in the right direction, took immediate action in looking UP the best and most affordable way for us to get our packages where they needed to go (without us even thinking to ask, by the way.. he insisted on helping us!!) While we spent 25 minutes getting our s*** together in their office, we were standing and packaging our things next to one customer after the next being helped by each of them. I went out to my car put up my bin and return, when I went back inside to ensure the package was delivered correctly. I saw her to the side and her for her help with the drop. She said she couldn't help because she was too busy picking up peoples trash from their car and their were two hands their. I asked her when she could help me and she said 5 o clock and it was 12pm. I said I will just take my package back and she said no you can't do that. I said I want to make sure it delivers and she said how about you just don't use this post office anymore. She walked off down the hallway, and I pulled on their lever one more time to ensure the box was clear. She was infuriated and charged me outside by my car and said she was calling the police. This is her standing by my vehicle calling the cops. It's absurd that these workers hate their jobs so much there are projecting their anger on to others. I honestly would expect from an area such as Westlake to do a better job in finding quality workers who actually have a service minded mentality.
