This is a convenient location, but it is always very understaffed. On the past several visits, there has been trash everywhere inside the building that starts flowing out to the parking lot. There is always a long line of people and, every time i have gone, only one person working. If you have to label a package or get taping supplies or boxing supplies, you look like you are cutting the line and some of the people actually get angry thinking you're doing just that. The room is extremely small, so while you're trying to do the label, you're up against a bunch of other people. On my last visit, I just needed to drop a package in the mail - it was also stamped and labeled. There is no express package drop in the building. I would have had to wait behind 13 people to drop it off. Needless to say, i walked out and just mailed it the next week when I went to another location. read more

Not a great experience. Late open, only one register open with over 15 people in line. When asked about another register she replied "they ain't going to come up here anyways" and proceeded to continue her slow work. She was also rude and continued to say she couldn't wait until 3pm. I waited 30 minutes to speak to a supervisor about missing packages. Only for them to tell me that I needed to go to another office. They need to do better. read more

I have come to this post office dozens of times. I used to go all the time, when shipping packages to friends and family. The post office is clean, organized and the staff is on-point almost always. I don't usually like to spend that long inside a post office, so if I can get in and out quickly, it is always a plus. Now, you know how busy post offices can get during holidays, so make sure to properly allow for time during the busy seasons. This isn't my neighborhood post office, but when I am in there area and need to access one, I love coming here. It's definitely newer than some of the other post offices, since it relocated from another location a few years ago. So, for your postal/shipping needs, come here, if you're in the area. read more

Went to the post office today to mail out a package for my aunt (it's an international package). Tell me why when I got there, the worker (I regret not getting her name) told me that they're not shipping internationally. But when she asked her other two co-workers if they weren't shipping internationally to prove a point to me, they both said that they were indeed shipping internationally. She then proceeds to tell me that she can't do anything about it and that the form I gave her was no longer what they used (I must add that I was previously there last week to try to mail out this package, but wasn't able to because their computer broke down when a different worker was trying to put in all the information from my form). She then goes to ask me if I was shipping out my package to JAPAN when my box clearly said Vietnam. She also added that I MUST translate the package from Vietnamese to English because she can't put the information into the computer.. Ma'am, how am I supposed to translate a Vietnam address into English? That's not possible... So I just kept my composure and told her that it was okay and I thanked her for everything. But as I was walking out of the post office she kept on repeating to translate the address to English or to find someone to translate it.. Discrimination at its finest. Don't say things if you aren't sure about it. Post offices are meant to mail items out domestically or internationally. She should know how to mail things out and put it into her system no matter what. Clearly she needs to go back and learn a thing or two about working at at post office. read more

This has to be one of the worst post offices I've ever had to deal with. An older clerk name Tonya is one of the rudest, most unprofessional workers I've ever met. She talks loudly and down to all of her customers like she raised them and they are beneath her. Tact is nowhere in her essence. I will not be using location as long as she works there. THE WORST POST OFFICE EVER!!! They don't deserve the one star I was required to give. I order stuff all the time, and I cringe whenever my UPS or FedEx packages are transferred to the post office. Just today I tracked my package that was "out for delivery". I got home and checked my mailbox. There was one piece of junk mail and no package! I immediately checked the FedEx app and saw a "delivery exception" and to contact my local post office. Well of course they were closed, but I let the phone ring for five minutes until someone finally answered. He eventually found my package and said the note stated that the mailbox was blocked and the package couldn't be delivered! That is absurd since they were able to get the junk mail in the box. AND I didn't get a pink delivery notice card with any of this stated. I'm pretty sure he forgot to deliver it and didn't feel like turning around and doing his job!! I have either the laziest or most incompetent delivery person employed with the USPS. I'm so fed up with them and the constant inconvenience they cause. read more

If I could give them zero stars, I would! The 1 star is because there is exactly that: 1 star there, Latonya, one of the Delivery supervisors who is unfortunately is not there all the time. This station closes at 430p. Most people do not get off work until 4 or 5p. I rushed there after work as my package was delivered the previous Thursday, but every day I checked since its delivery produced neither my package or a key to a parcel box to obtain my package. I called yesterday in order to make sure that it had been delivered, but was not able to get the name of the person I spoke to. However, I told them I would be there soon, to which they hung up in my face. Upon arrival, I looked in my PO Box in which was a key to a parcel box. But that box did not contain the package I was looking for. As they were closed, but lights still on as the clerks were there counting money, I figured one of them may have been the lady I spoke to and would of course be kind enough to help me find my package that had been missing for almost a week. I was wrong! Both of these women were beyond rude and lacked any work ethic/professionalism. What happened to quality and customer service? My mother worked at the Bluebonnet post office for 30 years before retiring! I know its stressful, but she would never have treated anyone with the disrespect I was shown yesterday. USPS has gone to SHIT!!! Another customer noted that this 5 Billion Dollar American entity has gone to hell. Fed Ex has taken over and has no shortage of QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE. God help these women if they should ever need something, I pray they will remember that moment. I called today and despite the delay, Latonya, took the time, worked with me, and found my package and (hopefully) placed it in my PO Box. I filed a complaint against those clerks and will not be continuing further service with USPS. Its so sad that an organization that has been apart of my family for 3 generations is dying out because of horrible people like this when people like Latonya are hardworking and willing to go above and beyond for customers/consumers. But you know what, business is business and you get what you pay for. I'm not willing to give my money for a hooptie, when I can have a Bentley. Bye Felicias! read more
