I would never recommend a friend/family to come here to do any services. I shipped a huge brown box with car parts (estimated worth value $4,000) package out on June 27. I paid extra for the packaging services at this store. Receiver was scheduled to receive packer on July 14. Receiver contacted me that it was never received. Came to the store, the white young lady that's supposedly the manager explained to me that there is nothing they can do, but you can take it up with Ups main office. The only thing they can tell me that it was shipped out (the day I brought the package and it's tracking number). We'll I had both those informations already, but how is it that y'all can pack it up, ship it out, but can't do anything about it? This is not a reliable store/service after all. Tried taking it up with UPS main office about the claim. I've spoke with estimated 23 ups reps, seems like no one wants to resolve this case, I keep getting transferred to the next person and next person since July, but still no resolution. Therefore, my package sent is lost and ups does not want to refund the package. Store staff rate: 0/5 Store service rate: 0/5 Store recommend: 0/5 Warning you now, DONT DO ANY SERVICE/SHIP HERE!!!

    Complaint Regarding Delivery Failure - Tracking #1Z1WE1024209387418…read more I am submitting a complaint regarding the handling of my delivery for tracking number 1Z1WE1024209387418. I initially received a notification that the package required a signature and would be delivered March 5, 2026 between 1:00 PM and 4:30 PM. When the package had not arrived after 4:00 PM, I contacted UPS and was told the delivery would occur by 9:00 PM that evening. The package was not delivered that day. The following day, UPS attempted delivery at 2:33 PM, at which time no one was home to sign for the package. When I saw the notice, I immediately called UPS and was told the driver's supervisor would be contacted and that I needed to be home at 6:30 PM for a redelivery that evening. I made arrangements to be home at that time, but no delivery occurred. I then called UPS again and spoke with a supervisor named Rudra, who informed me that the package would not be delivered until the next day, although he could not confirm a delivery time. The system was showing a delivery window of 12:15 PM - 4:15 PM, but there appeared to be no coordination between customer service and the actual delivery operations. This situation required me to adjust my schedule multiple times and potentially miss work based on inaccurate delivery information and commitments that were not honored. Customers should not be expected to take multiple days off work due to unreliable delivery windows and inconsistent communication from UPS representatives. This experience has been extremely frustrating and reflects very poor service and lack of coordination within UPS operations. I would appreciate clarification on how this situation occurred and what steps UPS will take to prevent similar issues in the future.
