Unless you have time to waste, don't come here. I made an…read moreappointment so I could avoid the usual long lines at DMV. I showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment. I was so shocked to see a line out the door for people waiting to come in the DMV. They said the workers were at lunch until 1, yet everyone in the line had an appointment at 1pm. It was about 40 degrees outside and me and about 25 other people all sat there until they got back from lunch and slowly let one person in at a time. Once I got in there, things moved a little faster. Check in was easy. You show your appointment confirmation email and they send you to a cubicle number to sort out your information. That was all quick, but waiting to take the picture took about 25 minutes. The first 15 minutes of that time was spent waiting in line at the next cubicle desk for the girl to look my way and the line's way forming behind me. When she finally noticed us, there was about 4 or 5 people behind me. We took our pictures and waited for the ID to print. Thank God this doesn't have to be done but every 4-8 years because it's a hassle.

He didn't provide me with any information about how I could navigate this myself. I went to another dmv and they gave me enough information to help me out. Not to mention he didn't think I notice that after he was done with servicing me he flicked his finger as if I need to "move" and when I caught him he smiled and handed me a piece of paper with their website. I REFUSE to come back here.

I feel torn writing a review since I have to go back, but I must say that this is the WORST DMV…read moreI've ever been to. I'm a veteran and have lived all around this country, so obviously have had to deal with license/registration, etc. transfer. If I could do it all online I would, because I always feel like an intruder walking into this office. Eye contact is minimal, if any, and 'what you want?' seems to be the vibe with some associates. I really feel like I'm dealing with people on a work release program vs paid employees, because very few people seem to want to be there. I have the utmost respect for anyone in this field and do my best to make it easy (have my docs ready, etc) but it's like walking on eggshells just to get basic services
