Why would they only give someone 90 ft.² when they paid for 100 ft.²? That is not how you do business. I thought I was more than 90 ft.² short and could not get a hold of the manager. She answered the phone one time and after that no one was available to help me. I had to drive almost an hour to pick up the rest of the veneer because my workers had to finish that day. To top it off they blamed my workers for not counting the stone. Why do I need to count the stone when they should be giving me the right amount? They didn't lay out the stone, they just threw it all in a box. My workers had to be at my house for almost 2 extra hours because they didn't give me the right amount. My worker also mentioned that they're usually short when he gets product from there. How does that make any sense? Cheats, that's what they are. I went and got samples and used their bathroom. Next trip I spent $1000 and they wouldn't let me use their bathroom. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience, please take your money elsewhere!! Noting I had my receipts and had no problem with the 15% restocking fee and all items I returned were in the same shape as I received them. As I also mentioned to the sales representative I prefer to return additional materials so they do not go bad or get damaged until the next project. This allows for less waste overall. It was very disappointing because of the quality of service originally provided. I will no longer shop at this supplier. It will be worth my time to drive to suppliers further away. When I go thrifting I like to look for things like vintage tech, clothing, video games, board games, trinkets, collectible, etc. ReStore does not carry any of those items here. But if you're looking for home stuff like doors, windows, furniture, lamps, tools, toilets, wood, fake trees, paint, and stuff like that, then this is the place for you! My mom enjoyed this place, I wasn't a big fan. It was a huge building but I felt like they could have fit more inside of it. A lot of the shelves were barely filled, and the ones that were all had dozens of the exact same item on it. There just wasn't that variety I had hoped for. Some items were little Christmas trees but had been up charged to being 10$. We had literally just seen them at dollar tree for 1/4 of the price. They also don't accept cash here which isn't a problem for me, but all the people who were in line in front of me were older and were upset that they couldn't pay in cash. However, when the truck delivered the material and dumped it in my driveway, I realized the rocks were much smaller and did not match what I had originally selected at the shop. Unfortunately, I didn't check the load in the truck before it was dumped. At that point, I had no real option to refuse the delivery since the rocks were already blocking both my driveway and part of the road. I was forced to move forward and use the material in my landscaping. This experience felt very misleading, and I'm disappointed with the lack of consistency and transparency. The bolts were too short. Ian helped me find them and they were a bit thick when I tried to use them. Returned and I may have forgotten to mention they were Japanese. Ian got me the metric bolt with the proper length and they worked great. Ian was friendly and so helpful.
