We went to this U-Haul this morning to get a 20' truck that we reserved and they said that they…read moredidn't have it because it wasn't returned. They didn't even have a 15' truck. We needed this truck urgently for a clothing fundraiser we were doing and lost an hour due to having to go to another U-Haul location and almost didn't make it. My son is very sick and we spent a lot of time and energy on this fundraiser to try to raise money for a treatment for him. I don't understand why they didn't have a backup truck and they also seemed very nonchalant about the whole thing. We will never be going there again!
