Some bottles are accompanied by tags of special recommendation, complete with tasting notes for shortcut shopping (my choice, a Sterling Vineyard 2004 going for $29.99 - quick internet search says this is more or less a standard price - was fruity and would pair with most cheeses and strong lamb and beef flavors). This isn't a destination shop by any means, but it's got a reasonable selection of alcohol (besides wine, they carry plenty of beer and all your standard liquors) and a friendly if meager staff. I was even approached to see if I was finding everything that I was looking for. The store is located in the Encino Marketplace, so parking is plentiful. Walking in, the store was bright and it was easy to navigate the aisles with the ceiling signage. The only ding that I have is that the ladies room needed to be checked, as only one stall had toilet paper. Otherwise, things were well organized.

Later, her response was even worse: 'I told you it's going to be another 30 minutes, I just came from giving four shots, GO HAVE A SEAT! Of course, pharmacies get busy and things are hectic, but acts like you care would be nice. It's not about waiting or being busy; it's about being compassionate. It's not what you say, it's the tone and how you say it. My mom was sweet about it, but I cannot stand by while someone speaks to her in that tone while she is in pain. To the pharmacist (long black hair, wearing glasses): I hope you have a better day tomorrow so you can treat patients with more kindness than you did today. Nice layout and not too crowded - sort of in between an airport kiosk and a 7-Eleven. Hours are solid (7am - 9pm) for the all-day office park on-site, as well as the evening crowd that goes to the movie theater and restaurants. They have also added a dropoff/pickup dry cleaning service - ask for coupons, they'll usually give you a couple to jumpstart the business. Also, I noticed organic fruit in there today so if they start carrying that daily, superb addition.

The staff informed me that my medication was not ready and wouldn't be ready until 2:30 or 2:45. After the pharmacist break. Cool. I'll come back in an hour I guess no problem. That was on me for coming right over after the e.r. Went home came back at 2:45 gave them until 2:50 just incase. walked in to my surprise the gates of the pharmacy were closed. Gave them until 3 am just incase. Come 3 am still nothing. Asked staff if the pharmacy was closed. She informed me they would open back up at 4 am. Now why wasn't I informed of this when I was told medication wouldn't be ready until 2:45, after the pharmacist break. Common curtesy to let someone know "hey we're actually closed from X to X" But neither the staff that was helping or pharmacist bothered to mention "we're closed at x time" Update: returned at 9:45 am. Only to be told it was still not ready and would take another 15 min. Good luck if you are coming from the hospital past 2 am. And if you're not from the area. I get that they are overwhelmed with orders but also let people know if you'll be closed.
