It's almost like staff buys products from BevMo up the street and just ads the markup for their items which have no price tags, So until you reach the register it will be a blind adventure. Only two stars for great selection. A lot of variety of snacks and drinks, but like other reviews have mentioned, the prices are insane. I like others have been charged 50$ for some shit tequila(Jose) and 10$ for some 4$ simply juice. Or 20$ for two small snacks and a canned soda... I have never been given a receipt unless I ask for one..... (red flag) and when I have gotten it , like others mentioned , it is a made up amount for "item"... no real inventory and computer sync... And like Others ,have been charged multiple different prices for the same items , at different times.. I do not recommend this place to friends visiting... I would love to support local and small businesses but I just can't get behind this place with rip off prices.. my suggestion to them is to lower the mark up and earn a return customer who is satisfied and feels good about the purchase. read more

Can't prove it but based off the other comments that say they have been scammed, I get the sense that happened to me as well. Came in and made a purchase and about 10 minutes later I get an alert from my phone stating someone tried to use my card and make a purchase for 200$. Had to cancel my card and everything. Could be a coincidence but based off other people's experience, don't think it's far fetched. Hopefully this hasn't happened to anyone else. read more

Walked here to grab a snack. A small bag of sunflower seeds and pretzels (which were expired) and the sketchy guy at the counter charged me $10. Always pay attention when you don't hear any prices being scanned. Total didn't even show up on the reader as he "assisted" with my card. No receipt. Just sketchy and disrespectful. I honestly think you have to be a real loser to try and rip someone off for $10 but I guess if you do it often, it adds up. Ew! read more

Paid and left and checked later and was charged 18 bucks for a six pack...before I went another time and the happy dad 12 pack was 30 bucks... go to BevMo just down the street,everything there is normal priced. This liquor store has new owners! A father, son duo who are honestly so very kind and affable to their customers. They remember your name and what you buy. You have such a warm welcoming vibe The store is so welcoming with the doors wide open, nice lighting, and a gorgeous new liquor shelf to top it off! Great selection of wine and champagne, from Barefoot to Justin and Andre to Chandon. This store is well stocked up in general. Besides wine, beer, and spirits you will find ice cream, pasta/sauce, chips/cookies, personal care items, and household items. Pair winning service with a super stocked store and you are gonna knock it right out of the ball park. You guys are killing it here. If I could give a negative rating I would. Terrible customer service and always so unpleasant. After regularly being treated so negatively, would never spend an additional cent there. Purchased snacks there multiple times that were stale or dry. I was there almost every single day, beyond polite and treated so disrespectfully. They accused me of opening a bottle of wine in their store who was someone else. First of all I don't carry a wine bottle opener on me, second I only drink wine out of real glasses and third live a block away, why would I not just wait. After telling owner about how horrified I was, which she must have scolded the judgemental night clerk, he had the audacity to refuse me service at 5pm after just getting home from a cross country work trip bc I must have looked tired. I don't typically wish bad towards anyone but I certainly hope their karma catches up to them! There is an appreciation in recognizing that multiple people have as well sadly endured the negative experience as I have!!! I have been a long term patron of this place because I live close by. Let me tell you of the troubles here I have had. I will mention the demeanor of the individuals later. First of all, if you were to look down the line of most of the food items there you will be surprised as I was to see most of the dates are expired. This organization buys their food bulk from Cosco (which is fine) but is too cheap to replace the items when needed. My second and more important critique is when I had a friend in town and I purchased rice from this store. What a nice convenience right?? Wrong. The rice had hundreds of ants in it. When I took the bag to the store the owners refused to give us a refund! I guess the convenience of this place kept me coming here but always left me with the feeling of why am I coming here? So when you come to this place and you have the good luck of buying a food item or getting consulted on a nice bottle of wine (which will never happen because the people that work here NEVER HAVE HAD THE WINES THEY WOULD RECOMMEND!!!!) Ignoring all of the above, This is the best case scenario: The owner will be super aloof and act as if it is an inconvenience when you ask them for help. Then she will drive a $60,000.00 Lexus and park it over two spots like an asshole. The whole place starting from her gives off the attitude that you should just give her more money as opposed to treating you like a decent human being. Basic liquor store-beer, liquor, snacks, soda. Decent prices for last minute pick ups, wouldn't make it my regular go to place since it's a little pricier than grocery stores and definitely pricier than Bev Mo, but super convenient for last minute pick ups when I forget something. read more

First time I went to this store I had a bad experience. I never met anyone this racist in my life. She had a bad attitude toward customers and the worst thing she was being racists only because I complained about the expired stuff that I got from her store. I went to the emergency because I got food poisoned. So please be careful when you buy things from there make sure you check the dates and everything.
