It's a basic business practice to assist customers who are waiting in line rather than those who…read morecut in front of others. I stopped in during my lunch break to purchase one quick item. I was not greeted despite being one of three customers in the store with equal amounts of employees. I found what I needed within seconds and proceeded to the designated checkout line. After waiting my turn, the customer ahead of me completed their transaction, and I stepped forward for my turn. Instead of assisting me, the cashier chose to help another woman who had cut the designated line and walked directly to the counter between transactions. The cashier did not acknowledge me or the fact that I had been waiting. Regardless of whether the other customer was elderly or had another reason for cutting the line, the expectation is the same: you wait your turn to check out. That's how a checkout line works. If an accommodation or exception was necessary, the cashier should have at least acknowledged the customer who had been waiting and explained the situation. I was on my lunch break and had only one item, so this was particularly frustrating. What should have been a quick and simple transaction became an unnecessarily disappointing experience. Customers' time and place in line should be respected, and there should be consistency in how customers are served.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The lady who helped me was very friendly, knowledgeable and personable. She did not come across as a pushy sales person like you typically find in an environment like this. Cort Furniture sales used furniture that was used in corporate apartments and tends to be about 18 months old. The furniture sales are final which made me a little leery about buying a mattress, but while looking around, the other furniture was beautiful and I would not hesitate on buying there to get a good deal. The also have various art items, paintings, vases, etc. If you are furniture shopping this is a must stop for high quality slightly used furniture.

The salesman (Gary) was very nice and professional and told me about various options and sales. I ended up buying a gently used sitting chair in good condition that they professionally clean that was 50% off. So it was much less expensive than other chairs I had been looking at and better quality. Gary and another associate wrapped it in plastic and loaded it into the back of my SUV. They have a 14 day return policy if you decide you don't like an item.

We were hoping to get these new designs by the New year. Came back from holiday break with multiple manual emails telling me our order was going to be cancelled if I did not manually want the shirts that I already designed, submitted, approved and paid form. I was extremely confused why the shirts was not started over 10 days. I told them if they were not going to be confirmed and made in the next day, to just cancel the order as our time is important to be going back and forth on emails. Beneeta Vincent Kuttikadan, SPP Web Specialist.... decided to just cancel our order and completely waste the entire holiday break and new year shirts. We were planning on ordering hundreds more for our 65 other locations. We have ordered cards locally for the last 6 months for our franchises from the Staples website....But with the blatant disrespect of our time..... we are going back to our original vendor for our business needs. Tens of thousands of dollars per year down the drain because of one employee with a bad attitude. Theres too many vendors in the world to work with folks like this.
