Nice people but I couldn't figure out how they come up with that price. I came across this yelp reviews and took a chance. I figured can't possibly be any worse. Mr. Kim responded immediately and we made an appt for the next day. He had Manuel came to see what needed to be done and he said no problem. He even said he was available the next day which was crazy, because we still needed to move our stuff out of the rooms. Mr. Kim came back with such a reasonable price for the job. Before they came we moved what we can, left the big items like beds, sofa, piano, shelving and futon. They said no problem. The day of work Manuel came with another worker, they took off their shoes and right to work. He had estimated 4 hours and sure enough he was done around 4 hours. Mind you we moved 90% of the stuff from the carpeting. I am so glad to have found them. I hope they continue to be in business, if I need any carpeting job I'll definitely call them back.

From the time I had made my selection, it was just a couple weeks before the installation crew was in my home. They were friendly, professional and fast ! 3 rooms carpet removed and new carpets were installed in just under half a day. Total came changer for these rooms and now they are a delight to be in. There was no pressure, and I noticed his attention to detail and quality. After getting estimates from other companies, Concept Materials had a competitive estimate and I felt they would do the best quality work. This job involved replacing a cheap vinyl wood floor with durable SPC. The scope was a living room, 4 steps, and a hallway. Each day two guys arrived on time. Because the subfloor was not flat, they had to pour concrete to level the floor. Overall, they did an excellent job and cleaned everything well. Like many projects there were some unexpected issues, and Gene handled each issue quickly with a good solution.
