    The United Airlines at St Louis Lambert International is good. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the ticketing process was seamless. My only issue was when I arrived at the airport I was the last passenger to deplane the aircraft, but I still waited approximately 20 - 25 minutes at baggage claim to receive my bag. This process needs to be streamlined, overall this was a good trip and I will United Airlines to/from St Louis again.

    Flew from St. Louis to SFO and had an almost 2 hour delay because apparently there were too many airplanes coming into SFO. Can't really blame United for that fact but it was a little bit annoying sitting in the lounge chairs for 2 hours more. United did handle it well because they provided mini refreshments such as popcorn and bottled water to keep us satisfied. On flight the flight attendants were by far one of the nicest flight attendants on Western airlines. I actually had a pretty good conversation with one of them which is definitely a first. The snacks are subpar, I don't know how you can mess up pretzels but it happened. My one complaint was that of the Wifi on board. United provides free entertainment if you use their app and Wifi so I decided to take full advantage of it by watching Instant Family (highly recommend). Unfortunately the Wifi was extremely spotty and it took me almost 3 hours to watch a 2 hour movie because I had to wait for it to load. If you are going to provide an amenity, might as well provide it completely.

    I wasn't a happy camper flying United Airlines. I am a loyal Delta flyer but this time, another party arranged this flight to St. Louis, MO. There is no social distancing on these flights. At least, boarding and deplaning were very organized and the majority of flyers followed the directions of leaving by row numbers. Flight attendants were pleasant and helpful but this definitely was a no frills flight. I hope not to use this airline, if given a choice.

    Well I generally keep negative topics to myself, but in this case it seems like I should warn those passengers flying with babies that the United Airlines gate attendants are rude, seem as though they hate interracial families. It was announced that there was a pre-board and I walked and the gate attendant if they were boarding kids...? Seemed an honest question with my wife in tow. The attendant snarled at me. "No!" Then a short time later a Caucasian lady came up with a child and she smiles and says not yet ma'am. Wow... I tried to get her name but she discreetly hid her name

    The line at the United Ticket Checkin Counter went really fast. I have Premier status with United, so the Premier line only had one person in front of me. The kiosk was not working - which I normally use to check in, but the United agent asked me a couple of questions about me to find me in the system and was really fast at getting me processed and my bag checked. Great service there! We had a 20 minute delay at the Gate - due to some issues with having the right flight crew ready to go. With all the moving parts that Airines have, there are bound to be some hiccups. They resolved them fairly quickly and we were boarding and on our way!

    No issues checking in or at the gates. All the agents were very friendly and I had no issues with my flights in or out.

    Awful airline stuck on taxiway for 45 minutes because no gate! Negative 5 stars you should go bankrupt! On their GOJET partner airline!

    St. Louis is a pretty easy airport to get around in and the united is not too different. Simple layout, easy to get boarding passes.

Both flights took off…read moreand arrived on time, planes were clean, staff were friendly and the flight from STL to LAS wasn't full so I was able to snag a window seat, and the middle seat next to mine remained open so I was able to spread out a bit. The ability to use iMessage and WhatsApp for free once I connected to the in-flight WiFi was a bonus. My primary reason for giving Southwest Airlines only 2 stars is because of this airline's pricing tactics and in my experience, non-existent customer service. I went on Southwest's website and found flights I wanted, only to get an error when I attempted to book and pay. When I immediately tried to re-book just seconds later, the price per ticket for the same itinerary had increased significantly. Southwest customer service was no help when I contacted them, and replied to my messages with seemingly pre-written and "canned" responses that didn't actually address my reason for reaching out.

    Nothing but positive things to say about Southwest. They have been my airline of choice for a while…read morenow. Every time I fly, i always fly with them.. Getting through check in is fast and easy. The gate agents, ticket agents, flight attendants and customer service representatives are always nice and polite. With all the changes they are making, they still seem to be the most affordable.
