The place seems mellow, low-key. Few distractions for shopping and eating here. (There may have been none; we just hung out at our gate.) Our flight left a few minutes early; I guess everyone was ready to go. Minus one star because the TSA agent was quite short with me. There was no line and I was not doing anything inappropriate. My companion noticed her rudeness too.

You don't have to wait long for your bags however they have what I think are public security guards of some sort in the front of the building or absolutely exercising authority, acting like police, being rude, unkind with people who are outside pulling up to pick up passengers. I understand it needs to keep moving however, you don't have to be rude, nasty or unkind or think you're a policeman of some sort. Also, the airport could use some kind of bus to take passengers to the parking lot. This would benefit, especially those with small children or the elderly. Of course they could charge for the service since we all know that one thing Allegiant is known for is the nickel and diming for every little thing. I think people would pay for a bus to take them to their car though.

We had worked it out to get our flights to arrive back at Lambert Airport at around the same time and then we could all go home together... then ... in walks "Murphy's Law!" Our flight was delayed causing us to miss our connection back to Lambert. If my daughter's plane arrives on time then no one will there to pick her up! While waiting on standby for our next flight back to Lambert Airport, I looked up transportation for the Ofallon, IL area. SuperShuttle didn't service the Ofallon, IL area. Then, I found R&R Transport. I called and Royce picked up. I told him our circumstance and that my daughter would be landing within the next couple of hours. He responded and arrived at Lambert at the time my daughter's plane was to arrive. RELIEF!!! Murphy's Law was still hanging around because then my daughter texted us and told us her plane was delayed at her connection and she'd be arriving into Lambert about 45 minutes late. Oh no, Royce is going to leave, I thought. I called Royce and told him my daughter's plane was delayed by 45 minutes. By then he was already at Lambert. He told me he'd wait and make sure my daughter got home safely. I was so grateful. Finally, the other half the family arrives in Lambert about 3 hours later. Royce texted me to let me know my daughter was home. My daughter texted me the same and told me Royce was funny and really nice. What a professional! What a great customer experience!!! My husband paid him for waiting at the airport and then his regular rate for the transport from the airport to our house. We will always use Royce and R&R Transport! You should too!

He borrowed $400 from a lady in a retirement home with no intentions of paying her back. He said he would pay her back on the 3rd of sept.2016 but then called her this morning to tell her he's broke and will not be returning the money. That is wrong and predetory behavior. I would highly advise all people to avoid this man like the plague. He has been banned from our building and the police will be called if he is seen in this building. Regardless of whether anyone calls him or not. I'm sure this is not the first time he has done this. Hopefully I will not regret posting this but I feel it's important to warn others so they don't make the same mistake. It is not at all appropriate to even ask clients to borrow him any money at all.
