Blown tire from United ag and turf over inflation.

I just bought a brand new Z915E Zero Turn Mower a couple of weeks ago. It now has 10.9 hrs on it. It has been sitting in the garage for the past week due to the rain. Last night the right rear tire blew out while stationary. I called the service department this morning and the young lady who answered the phone stated "sorry, we do not sell tires or have the equipment to change them". Tire pressure on the tires are supposed to be no more than 20psi Max. I checked the other tire and it has 32 Psi in it. They over inflated the tires and that is why it blew out and now they say it's my issue, not there's.

Brittle and broken. This is supposedly a new seal.

I brought my Cub Cadet zero-turn tractor (riding lawnmower) to ASCO in Terrell, TX for servicing…read more ASCO is a Cub Cadet dealer. I'm a female, who has owned and operated this lawn tractor for many years. When I picked it up, a male employee stood next to the mower while I was starting it and told me I wasn't doing it correctly. He then proceeded to give me an unwanted lecture about how to start my mower and told me not to use the choke because it would flood the engine. However, using the choke is part of the normal starting process for my model, as instructed in its Cub Cadet Operator's Manual. See the bottom of this review for a quote from the manual. The male employee came across as a sexist jerk. I will explain why I found the male employee's behavior offensive. It is my hope that someone at ASCO will read this review and will be able to make positive changes at the company. I did not need anyone to explain to me how to start my mower. I did not ask for help starting it or for advice. No one should be given incorrect information that contradicts the manufacturer's operating instructions. If I was a male customer instead of a female, I probably would not have been talked down to by him. Does he lecture all the men picking up their mowers on how to start them? It's unlikely. Why did he think that a long-term owner and operator of a mower would need his help starting their mower in the first place? I perceived the man as having a gender bias because of actions. He treated me like a stupid woman who wouldn't be capable of starting her mower without his male assistance. He actually looked surprised when I started my mower and easily drove it out of the tight spot where it was parked between other mowers. I could see that he was just itching to try to tell me how to drive it too. His misogynistic behavior to me was very disrespectful. It is shameful that an employee would display such a gender bias. His behavior made me angry and left me with a negative impression of the dealership. I won't sugar coat it. If this guy ever went to sensitivity training, he flunked. He certainly needs coaching and awareness on how not to be offensive to his female customers. He also needs training on how to properly start my model of Cub Cadet zero-turn tractor. From my Cub Cadet Operator's Manual, Starting the Engine: "Pull the choke control upward into the full choke position... Turn the ignition key clockwise to the start position... Do not hold the key in the start position for longer than ten seconds at a time... After the engine starts, deactivate the choke control." Note: From my years of experience in using this mower, I know that it starts right up without the choke if it has been running recently. The choke always needs to be used otherwise.
