When I entered I was immediately impressed by how well laid out everything was. Organized and orderly. I could see exactly where I needed to walk to in the spacious store. Shortly after arriving in front of the chain saws, I was approached by Randy. Super helpful and answered all my questions. I like that they service what they sell. This is a strong point. I didn't buy today but, will be back to spend some bucks soon.

Sure, I realize the isn't like a 6-figure piece of farm equipment, but if this is how you treat an average customer, I want nothing to do with United Ag. They lost a sale as a result. John Deere, please be aware of the absolutely lousy job United Ag is doing in representing your brand.

We will get started on it and here is what it will cost. I said that's fine I need it pretty quick. They said they would have it in about a week. Well 3 weeks later I call and they still have not started on it. We use this gator for our work. I will sell it if I ever get it back and buy another Polaris or Yamaha. This is the only place to get a John Deere fixed and they are absolutely horrible. This is the 3rd time I have had to wait like this with them. Never again. Even after calling the store manager (Rett) 6 weeks in. There is no change. He acted like he could care less. Herman was the guy that wrote up my ticket and was at the counter each time I called or went in to check on status. He tells me he doesn't work in that department so he don't know what's going on. Funny he doesnt work in that department, but he wrote up the ticket the first day and answering the phone or behind the counter every day. He is not dealing with, just as bad as the manager.
