I make an appointment and when I arrive she says that they tried to reach out to me for a deposit but couldn't reach me and my appointment could be cancelled. I told her and my lash tech I'm not getting any messages about a deposit. As a service provider myself I have my clients make a deposit at the time of booking so l have no problems making a deposit. Every time I visit this location and she's not at the front desk I have no issues. One time when I arrived she was at the front desk with at least two other ladies and when I entered I saw her hush the other ladies. Weird. The last straw I make an appointment arrive and she tells me they called me and left messages to inform me that my lash tech is not there. Only email and text I received was to confirm my appointment. This is unfortunate. I really liked the lash techs work.

It's a bit more expensive than the place I usually go to but I need to stay in town due to my kids and I am solo parenting this week. And didn't want to get a call from school and be too far away. The usual price listed said $135 for the 50 min head spa. So this place is super cute and seemed high end and with the price I figured it would be too. BUT its head spa experience was lacking. They don't dry your hair. They only towel dry and put it in a bun that was half falling out when I left. It's $20 extra for someone to blow dry it. And when I got home to dry it, it was soooooo oily! Overall it wasn't that relaxing I think the water sat on my head more than anything. And they just quickly rubbed oil on my face and neck and shoulders. The other places I have been usually do a good massage.

The only suggestion I have is we didn't know where to place our personal items.. definitely do not leave anything on the floor as it will definitely get very wet. We found out afterwards there are bins under the beds to store your personal items.
