4 stars. Let's talk…read moreabout the bad first. ie : why it's not a 5star review! We stayed in tower 2. Aka known as sketchy elevator tower. The elevator would jam. Everyone that works there knew it. Yet they still sent customers out to use it. 1st time shame on them. ... there wasn't a second time. We for the remainder of the stay used the staff elevator. #notsorry HORRIBLE SIGNAGE The reasons it's a 4 star review. ie: good stuff! The staff at check in and check out were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the common areas were sparkling and smelled clean but not of cleaning supplies. The proximity to all the restaurants and things to do is great. You can catch an Uber from there to universal for roughly 9-10$. It's $25 to park at Universal. Can't wait for them to finish their remodel.

Booked this hotel for 7 days during Thanksgiving. It was a horrible experience. We had to relocate…read morerooms because the people above were loud. We went from the 2nd floor to the 7th floor. When we switched rooms it ended up being super filthy. The beds felt like bricks. I jumped on the bed and almost broke my tailbone. The sleep number doesn't work so you cant even control the softness. I had to sleep on this brick of a mattress for 7 nights. I couldn't get another hotel because half of my money was tied into this. Luckily when I booked in July for November I got the rate of $47 a night. Parking was horrible at night. I pretty much had to park at Joe's Crab shack. There were service elevators that we could have taken ... too bad the doors to get there were closed and locked! After 4 days of staying the elevators went out, so we had to walk up 7 flights of stairs (I'm out of shape so I had to take many breaks every other floor). After the first day of no elevators, I asked for a discount or some type of compensation, we were told to check-out or go to another hotel. I called Orbitz and complained Orbitz then called Allure and Allure stated that the elevators were only down for 4 hours and not 4 days (LIE) and refused to give any money back... luckily Orbitz gave me a credit for another booking ($100). On the 5th day the power went out. The hotel was running on a generator. TV's weren't working even when the power came back on. Telephones didn't work at all. Some outlets worked and some didn't. Also, the vending machine on the 7th floor said $2.85, I paid, the machine took my money and gave me no drink. I talked to the front desk and they only gave me back $2.00 because the drinks are only "$2.00". . But NEVER BOOK HERE!. I also sent emails out to Allure and called and got no response back. Its been 2 months. HORRIBLE! I'm trying to get Obrtiz to stop advertising them!!!!

Thanks again Alyssa!

So when putting together this review of my experience working with Alyssa, of course my first…read morepriority for all of you out there looking for a Florida real estate agent... is to try to concisely and effectively explain just how really great the entire experience was and to also convey what a truly special real estate agent Alyssa really is... in order to convince you that Alyssa is absolutely the best choice to serve any Florida real estate need you might have. My problem is that in all my life, I have NEVER been known for the ability to be concise, neither in writing or speaking! So while this may be a bit longer than recommended by psychologists to achieve maximum effectiveness, you will not be sorry if you read to the end to find out how you couldn't possibly go wrong by choosing Alyssa to partner with you in your Florida real estate endeavors! And there was the first hint... Alyssa will truly be your partner in this experience.... From the first hello to the last signature at closing (and in my case, even way past closing), Alyssa was not just a person working for me, she was there working WITH me, advocating FOR me... through all processes and in all ways. And then there are all the standard review positive buzzwords that totally fit Alyssa like a glove as well: Knowledgeable, Competent, Prompt, Pro-Active, Professional, Trustworthy, Dedicated, Thorough, Strategic, Modern, Tech Savvy, Efficient... honestly the words describing the goodness of Alyssa could form a never-ending list. And while of course you would expect to find a lot of those qualities in any 5-star review for any real estate agent, it is what is above and beyond that list that makes her truly your only right choice. And this should be your biggest takeaway from this review... Alyssa is just a good human being with a servant's heart! Because she is driven by her deep desire to serve others by leading with love and kindness, she is unique among her peer set... she feels the stressful journey with you all the way... and she experiences the highs and lows of the real estate process right beside you... she will laugh with you AND cry with you through the whole crazy journey. Her lifesong really sings in service to others! My actual real estate home buying experience story with Alyssa acting as my buying agent representative was probably one of the most crazy, unbelievable, emotional, and just plain ole fun experiences of my life... culminating in the blessed purchase of my bucket list home on the Gulf Coast of Florida... every single day I got to work with Alyssa was a blessing and became a treasured part of my life memories. And if you really want to know the backstory, why the extra in this is that because Alyssa and her husband, Freddie, are also podcasters (The Freddie and Alyssa Show on all the regular social media platforms), they have a couple of episodes in their podcast catalog from this past fall of 2021 where they discuss some of the details of just how crazy wonderfully blessed (I call it "God-winked") this entire experience was! I mean y'all this girl was on the phone with me for over an hour one night while I was driving on a trip... taking dictation from me for a letter to give to the sellers... at 9:30 at night!!! Now just how many real estate agents do you know willing to do that... I mean seriously, she took dictation and even helped wordsmith it all!! So to wrap this review, here is the bottom line... In a market where there are infinite choices for finding an agent to represent you as a buyer or a seller, saying Alyssa is a hall of fame rock star within this group is an understatement. Here me when I say this... She really is THAT GOOD!

Everything we ordered was really flavorful and well prepared, and the portions were generous. The hibachi-style dining where the chef cooks the meal right in front of you adds a fun "dinner and a show" element, which made it a great choice for celebrating. Even though we were mostly focused on the birthday festivities, the food itself really stood out, everyone at the table seemed happy with their meals. The only downside was the service. It felt a bit slow throughout the night, especially when it came to getting drinks and checking in with the table. Our waitress also came across a little aloof, which made things feel slightly less welcoming than expected for a birthday dinner. That said, the atmosphere was lively and it's definitely a fun spot for groups or celebrations. With a little more attentive service, this could easily be a go-to place for birthday dinners or nights out with friends. The food alone makes it worth a visit.

Our move-in process was honestly a breeze. The leasing team made everything feel seamless, and the…read morespecial they were running at the time -- free rent divided across the year -- made this community stand out from others in the area. We were really pleased with how easy and smooth everything felt at the start. However, about a month or two into living here, we began noticing ants in our unit. One night I woke up to use the restroom and found dozens of ants on my phone and around my child's bed, as well as throughout the bathroom and even on the toilet. It was a very unsettling experience, especially with small children. We notified the office and had pest control come out several times. For a moment it seemed like things were improving, but the issue kept coming back -- worse at times -- and it became extremely uncomfortable living in those conditions. To be fair, the office staff communicates very well. Any time we reached out, they responded quickly and professionally. But despite the communication, the situation itself left us feeling stressed and disappointed. We eventually had to escalate things to upper management to get further attention. We were offered the chance to move units, but the timing was extremely inconvenient and would have required us to uproot our family with very little notice and additional out-of-pocket costs. They also offered to let us break our lease without penalty, which we appreciated, but it didn't change the fact that we still had to remain in the same uncomfortable situation unless we took on the financial and emotional burden of moving suddenly. Fast-forward we are seven monthsand we've now given our 60-day notice. It's upsetting because relocating comes with major expenses and stress, but we don't feel like true solutions were ever put in place -- just repeated surface-level treatments. We've seen other tenants dealing with the same issue, so it doesn't feel isolated to just our unit, and that's concerning. We're disappointed to be leaving because this wasn't our plan, but ultimately we have to do what feels safest and healthiest for our family, especially with two little kids and a pet. We wouldn't necessarily tell anyone not to live here, but we also can't fully recommend it. If you're considering moving in, just do so with caution and ask a lot of questions about pest issues and how they are handled. Another concern we had, separate from the pest situation, was with maintenance accidentally damaging our furniture. We needed blinds repaired and understood we were financially responsible for that repair. But when the maintenance team moved our bed to access the blinds, they handled it incorrectly and ended up breaking our king-size bed -- which was less than two years old. Management was gracious and did look into the situation, but instead of being refunded the cost of the bed, we were offered its depreciated value. While we understand that may be standard policy, we're still left having to replace a bed we wouldn't have needed to replace otherwise, which is disappointing. Overall, we appreciate the good communication and the efforts made, but the issues we experienced ultimately outweighed the positives for us. We truly hope future residents have a better experience than we did
