I emailed the team here and they got back to me quickly. I sent them a mock up of the image I wanted to work with so they had an idea, as well as, the location I preferred. When I arrived, the artist was able to do a transfer for me and we opted to move the placement a little bit higher up my wrist as I have a dominate tendon that could have been more painful and made it look odd with the movements. I liked that she advised me on her logic and why she thought it was best to move it up about an inch. The tattoo took about 30 minutes and was wrapped up nicely. The place was very clean and everyone was very professional. It healed up nicely and still looks great. I get a lot of compliments on it. Overall: A Love my tattoo and planning another for my back shoulders. :)

I came in March of 2023 to see the physical location, meet the artists and make a consultation appointment. I was referred to Fred. Fred is a 25 year veteran of tattooing and a straight shooter. He specializes in 3-D tattooing which is what I wanted. I am over 65 and he was kind, honest and explained the science behind what happens to ink in older skin. He told me exactly what I needed to hear to decide the best tattoo for me (and very professionally explained why the design I had picked out wasn't the best for me, nor the location, and why). I was disappointed sure, but I will be wearing this tattoo a long time and highly respect his previous experiences and opinions. Having the facts up front is exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Chicago Tattoo Orlando. If you want honesty, quality and professionalism this is the place to go. Book your consultation and you will experience them first-hand. We reached out to Fuzz and he was happy to work on the designs! He was very pleasant and easy to work with throughout the planning process. When it was tattoo day, we arrived at the shop. It's a super clean space and I love how each artist has their personal flairs added to their areas. Fuzz greeted us and showed us the designs which we loved. He was friendly and professional throughout the whole process and great about checking in to make sure we were feeling well and giving a break when needed. He set up his iPad to have movies on which was a nice distraction while under the tattoo gun. We chatted with a few other artists that came up to check out our works in progress. Everyone there was laid back and friendly. Our tattoos have healed well and look beautiful. I'll be sure to post pics! If you're wanting a tattoo, I highly recommend Fuzz and Ascension (and be sure to check out their other artists' work to find a style that matches your personal preferences; they are all very talented from what I saw!)

However, HOURS after her appointment she was experiencing, itching, oosing of puss, redness & could barely sit or stand due to the piecing not being LONG enough for the procedure. Instead she received below average service and got charged $365 for improper service, standards AND met with non apologetic beings. She SHOULD have received what she asked for. But if they did not have proper gold surgical jewelry to provide her they should have vocalized that. Instead. They gave her non surgical jewelry. On top of the jewelry being non surgical, the Jewelry is also FAKE. After speaking to multiple sources... she then decides to rectify her experience in person at the shop, where the team there said it wasn't there problem. How is it not? When you provided a horrific experience and left her to the deal with the damages. Not disclosing your true inventory and luring her into paying a fee that was NOT worth it. She showed them pictures of her tummy after hours of procedure, even though they claim there is no proof... DO NOT go here. SCAM ALERT. I know the economy is bad but treating good paying customers like this will not be tolerated.

The cleanliness, professionalism, and overall good vibes of the shop makes it a great place for both seasoned tattoo collectors as well as someone getting their very first tattoo. This shop is conveniently located within the Ivanhoe area, neighboring different shops and restaurants. When I came to the shop for the first time a while back... I was honestly expecting it to be a small place with maybe 2-3 artist booths... just because I heard it was located in an upstairs office space... so I figured how big can this place really be? Boy was I wrong... this place is huge. The space held a good amount of booths, I don't know the exact number but if I had to guess maybe 8-10? The decor was spot on classic tattoo parlor full of paintings, and tattoo portraits... but what I had love the most is that each artist booth had its own personal character... full of art and figurines. Now when it comes to the artists... you really could not go wrong with anyone from that shop. There is an artist for every style you can think of and they are very good at what they do. Me personally.... my go to guy has always been Shane since I have been going to him for a few years and the man is a mastermind. Overall, I highly recommend this tattoo shop for anyone who is thinking about getting new art. I highly recommend making an appointment before visiting the shop just because a lot of the artists are usually fully booked for weeks or even months. I do believe the shop will take occasional walk-ins based upon artist's availability...but if not follow them on social media for when they announce their Flash Events, which are a first come... first serve... and the designs are always sick!
