The vibe was mediocre with somewhat outdated fixtures some cracked and paint job was bad inside the shop. It's reasonable for employees to engage in general conversations with the client, but this stylist asked too many personal questions that I did not feel comfortable sharing my personal life with her. Maybe if she talked less and focused more on the client's hair, it would show better result. The front desk lacked coordination between the cashiers, causing delays for clients waiting to be served as well as waiting to pay.
