My entire eye was lifted along with the curled lashes. Panna, the owner, is a sweet, extremely professional and talented artist. The salon is immaculate and beautifully designed and decorated. All COVID recommendations are followed, so I feel safe. It's a treat whenever I go for my facial threadings. I drive 40 minutes to get to the salon, but would travel even further to receive her services. When needed, I'll return for another lift and tint, what I now call an "eye lift." 5-'s. The atmosphere is so relaxing, coming to the salon has become part of my self care relaxing routine. I bring a book with me to read while I'm sitting at the color bar, there is relaxing background music playing in the salon. They have cold drinks, coffee, and snacks for their guests and they are always very attentive making sure you have what you need while you wait. They treat their clients like family. I schedule my appointments ahead of time for the entire year, but if you call or go online you can schedule an appointment with them. Two days prior to your appointment you get a reminder text, you can confirm or schedule via the link sent to you. They always try to accommodate all their customers and they value your time by making sure they are ready for you on your scheduled appointment time. Great service at an affordable price.

My nails came out horrible. Regardless of the inspiration picture being out and available the entire time of the appointment. They left glue all over my cuticles, did poor lining, mixed the diamonds up however they wanted and ruined the heart shape and left some nails crooked. I asked the man doing my nails to re do it several times as he kept messing it up and at some point he got visibly upset and then dropped all the diamonds on the floor which made him more upset, after that his attitude changed and he did a even more worse job on my nails. Soon after I only got $15 on "refunds" and I had to accept it as I was the only person in the salon and didn't want to start problems. However I then sent the lady at the front desk of the salon a message where I then told her.. "Hi, I'm following up about the nail service I received today. I paid $110 for a full set and pedicure that I was really excited about, but unfortunately the quality was extremely poor. There's visible glue/acrylic on my skin, the lines are uneven, and the gems were applied very messily. I've attached a photo for reference. I only received a $15 refund, which doesn't reflect the level of disappointment or the cost I paid. I would appreciate a full refund for this experience, as I don't feel the service reflected the price I was charged. Thank you for your understanding" And she never responded, regardless of how they butchered my nails these people don't care about their customers. Please do not come here.
