The owners relocated to Pine Mountain from Cobb County in recent years, and the spot is named after their oldest son! They've been open for almost a year. The service at Dakota's Counter is exceptionally friendly and unfussy. You walk in, step up to 'the counter,' and place your order with ease and comfort, making the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. You have a choice to eat inside, outside, or take out, catering to your preferences. We ordered the chicken caesar wrap with chips and a Cobb salad with chicken. Both were beautifully made, prepared to order, and incredibly tasty. The Arnold Palmers we ordered--with hand-squeezed lemonade and freshly brewed tea--hit the spot on this scorcher of a day.
