Juan and Unique Painting Services did a terrific job sanding and staining our redwood deck. They completely transformed it and made it beautiful again! The project was completed on time, they were thorough and paid close attention to detail, and they did a great job cleaning up when they were finished. What really impressed us is that six months later, the deck still looks fantastic. We highly recommend Juan and Unique Painting Services. I want to thank Juan and team for the fantastic job they did painting my kitchen cabinets. My cabinets were 25 years old with the original stain and gloss. Their team brought them right into the modern era! They cleaned, sanded, stained, painted, and finished with a smooth satin finish. They also added handles to all 55 of my cabinets and doors! The entire project took a week and the team was so kind and professional. I felt very comfortable with them in my home all day. For the painting stage, they took the cabinet doors offsite which was nice so we could still use our kitchen and didn't have all the paint fumes. Next time I need paint work done, I will absolutely call them! Also, the process to get a quote was super quick and easy, they stuck to the initial price offered with no overages, and it was a reasonable deal. read more

Juan and his team are 10/10. We recently hired him and his team for walls and trim, as well as 2 accent walls. He was prompt, professional, and executed what was promised. He also went above and beyond to make sure everything was up to our standards. Juan made sure that we felt comfortable, answered all of my questions, and remembered everything we had talked about in the walk through. He also had some challenging touch ups that he executed flawlessly. Would strongly recommend Juan and will reach out to him for future projects. read more

After receiving several bids for painting the interior and exterior of our home, we chose Juan and Unique Painting. Their pricing was very competitive, but even more important, Juan was extremely professional and communicative. The professionalism and communication continued throughout the nearly 2 week project. Everyone on Juan's team was friendly, clean and courteous, and they worked their butt's off! They arrived early each morning - 7 days a week the first week! The paint job was impeccable. Juan had us walk the house several times to make sure we were happy, and he gladly made a few minor adjustments during the job. Tip - if you need your cabinets done, Juan is your man. Our cabinets had that "sticky" feel from prior paint jobs. Juan stripped everything down and applied new paint and our cabinets all look Brand New! I highly recommend Juan and Unique Painting. read more

Unique Painting just recently completed painting the outside of our home and deck, and it all looks amazing! Juan and his crew were so professional and true perfectionists! They took their time and made sure everything was perfect. At the end of each workday, they made sure to clean up their workspace and neatly stack their ladders and other equipment. Juan and his team painted did an exterior painting project for our house last year, where they painted our trim black. Even after a year, the paint job they did has held up very well and we have not had any issues. Juan ensured that all the windows would still be able to open and close, which we have appreciated over the course of this past year. He also gave us some helpful feedback about managing our home's dry rot. Juan's communication and professionalism was excellent. The paint job was somehow both extremely high quality and efficient. The pricing was competitive. The team also cleaned up effectively. If we ever have any paint projects in the future, I will definitely reach back out to Juan's team. read more

Juan & his team did a great job on two very different projects. They painted peeling exterior trim & replaced a section of dry rot, perfectly matching the trim color. And inside, they painted two bathroom vanities. Both were an orange-y oak, and they painted one white and the other gray. They look amazing -- a total transformation. It was a pleasure working with Juan. read more

I found this company through yelp recommendations and started conversations through yelp. It was a pretty seamless process. The previous reviews are spot on. After multiple bids, we went with Unique painting services. They were not the cheapest, however they checked off all the boxes on my list. Juan is very easy to work with and he cares about his company and clients. I'd recommend to anyone. read more

Made an appointment to come for an estimate then cancelled right before the time we set. No alternate time was offered.

After receiving multiple bids, we selected Juan to repaint our kitchen/family room and repair and repaint all of our downstairs baseboards. After seeing he had only 5 star reviews here on yelp, we didn't hesitate to accept his very reasonable bid. He and his worker did a very professional and fast job. They took care when moving and protecting our furniture, and returning everything to its original position. We're very happy with his work and would definitely call him back. read more

Juan and his crew are awesome! They painted the inside of our newly purchased home under a tight deadline with the crew agreeing to work extra hours to make it happen. They were totally polite, super clean, took care with their painting, and it came out gorgeous. Juan responded to my call right away, came and gave me an estimate which seemed reasonable, was super easy to work with - go to Kelly Moore, get free samples under my name, pick your colors and let me know. That's it! And a beautiful job resulted. Paint is low VOC, some painters don't even know what that is, he was totally familiar. I highly recommend him and will use him again. The exterior of my house had been in desperate need of paint for several years, and I kept putting it off thinking I'd attempt to do it myself (since I'd painted an interior wall or two - 20 years ago). I'm glad Unique Painting were available because there is no way I could have done half as decent a job even if I'd spent many weekends trying to squeeze it into my busy schedule. I had several companies provide estimates, but Juan from Unique Painting asked me questions the others had not, and he pointed out things I hadn't even considered. Juan listened and provided excellent advice, which made using his company an easy choice for me. When it came time to paint he and Julio were quick, thorough and did an amazing job. I smile now every time I pull into the driveway. read more

I had Juan and his workers paint my rental a couple of years ago and his meticulous prep work and attention to detail resulted in a beautiful result that has stood up over time. My home, the one I actually live in, was a rental for decades before I bought it and so the wood siding was in terrible shape. I've had it painted twice in the last 18 years and neither company did the kind of prep that Juan does and so the paint wouldn't stop peeling and bubbling. Juan and his crew worked tirelessly to scrape and sand and prep my home and did a beautiful job on the painting and now I have a home to be proud of. Juan and his workers are very professional and friendly, always on time and always accommodating. I would recommend Unique Painting without reservation. read more

Juan just finished painting our home's exterior today just in time before rains start again. His work was excellent, and his edges super crisp. Our contractor said the most important part of painting is the prep work and Juan was incredibly thorough with cleaning, caulking and sanding! I actually pulled off the paper covering our garage door windows because I forgot to close it earlier...he had 2 layers of tape tucked under the window edges to protect the glass with the most meticulous corners. He also painted some new cabinet drawers and our master bath a few weeks back and they turned out great. He is also incredibly handy and helped replace the spigot on our water main into the house which was leaking and hung a decorative brass thermometer that was gifted to me recently! We had several other bids and his price was excellent. His assistant Mario was professional as well and both were super friendly with my young boys. read more
