A few years ago the Coton crew power washed and painted our house and at least 3 window seals were breached. The crew covered the windows inadequately and also power washed to area. Marco declined responsibility and in the end I paid for replacing the large curved window seal at almost $900. Today wife discovered 2 more aller window that we rarely visit while cleaning these windows. While I liked the painting job I failed the rule that I knew..never power washing multiple pane windows.. I had a few different bids, and I really knew from the bidding process that I was going to select Marco Coton to paint my home. I don't review often and want to ensure you this is a legit review... Marco and his team were/are amazing! During Covid lockdown, my wife and I bought a house in Santa Rosa and needed to paint it between escrow close date and move in date (really only a couple of weeks). Not only had to paint the inside but the cabinets as well. Marco came out and gave me quotes on rooms via pictures (best we can do until we closed the house and covid). From there, we met up and he gave more concrete quote and timing. The next day, he and his crew started the work!! We changed most of the color in the house (which has high ceilings and a lot of cutting in) and the CABINETS. I was worried about cabinets because they seem insanely hard to do but not only did Marco and the team paint the cabinets perfectly - but also installed new hardware (drilling and filling old holes) Long story short, Marco Coton painting rules! My mom needed to have her popcorn ceiling removed, wall cracks repaired and entire house painted. After reading reviews, as soon as I saw Peg King gave Marco 5 stars I stopped my search. Marco responded immediately and was very thorough with the estimate and plan to execute the project. Popcorn ceiling removal is a terrible process because you basically have to move out of each room. Marco's crew was so patient and helpful with my mom. She also has pets in the house and they were very conscientious of the front door. My mom was having a difficult time picking the interior paint color and Marco spent time putting a dozen samples of white on the wall to help her decide. We decided to have our full exterior painted and brought Marco and his team in to do the job. For starters, they were incredibly professional, prompt, communicative and clear in how the process would work. The quote was absolutely reasonable and the end product is just fantastic!
